Those issues with the AI are easily remedied with the internal prompts. Simply tell the AI to stay on topic and if the customer tries to deviate from the topic of the call put them back on track. Trust me, 6 months this wont even be an issue.

You did not train the agent for success you just did the bare minimum, you can also select a better sounding Ai voice which will not give off AI vibes, so if you did everything perfectly AI could have given you atleast 5x better results, btw you did a good job at pitching your services by making AI look bad hahah
