Nice bars - I like how it all came together! And I hadn't even considered the question of having to remount them on the side of a trail somewhere. Even though, as with most "2 man jobs", there's often some way to hack it together single handedly, knowing that you can do it solo is a plus. Totally agree that all the black/dark farkles are taming the orange in a good way, though I'm not sure I'd say the same for the dead animal. Maybe save it for the inevitable day that a rescue Himalayan turns up at your driveway looking for a home...
That's the cleanest KLR for a used bike I've ever seen.
That introduction was rather Jeremy Clarkson esque
😂 Oh good!
That’s what I was going for.
I was wondering if it was a bit too much.

Boy I sure hope that’s inevitable!
I keep watching Himalayan videos…
Nice bars! Thinking to buy ones. BTW, do you have a motorcycle carrier for this bike?Like!👍
Thank you!
Not yet. I’d like a carrier but I haven’t even really looked at them yet.
Have you noticed vibration coming on around 40 mph and then going away.
I don’t know yet. Taking the inaugural ride today. I will update.
So I spent about 4 to 5 hours on the bike this weekend. Mixed highway and backroads. I didn’t notice any unusual vibrations.
How long did it take to receive your crash bars? I'm still waiting on mine...
Not terribly long. They were shipped from Canada so it did take a bit. I don’t think more than two weeks though.
