Adu Thiero is without a doubt the most underrated player on the team.
His defensive intensity & athleticism are scary. He is a team player he made some unbelievable passes today & seemed to hit every three he took. Justin Edwards and Adou were dogs tonight all around but also on D they set the tone tonight them two. Dillingham and Reeves have been doing that consistently so it’s nice to see JE show his true talent now happy for him. What a game!
None of his 3-pointers even touched the rim.

Sheppard quitely had an amazing game. 2 threes, 4 steals. Got robbed on a 5thl they incorrectly said he stepped on the line. 6 boards, 6 dimes. The ultimate team first superstar! Ill never complain about a guy scoring total when the team racks up 117!

Consistent on defense, this will be their Achilles. And it will end their season early. I have seen a lot of teams play this year. A LOT OF GOOD TEAMS out there. And they all play good defense.

If we keep letting teams score in the 90s it still shows we have no defense. No one seems to get this. We all scream final four the second after they win a game. Our shooting is not going to be this good every game. How does everyone not see how bad out defense really is. But continue on with the soon to be brought to reality celebration.

You’re just look at the final score not the game obviously, they played good defense against THE NUMBER ONE OFFENSE TEAM IN THE COUNTRY they stopped trying late in that game which I don’t like but you have to actually watch the game to see how well they played against a really good Alabama team. Ky's offense is a hard threat with Z in the game offensive IQ goes to 500, it should have been like this all season Z first option to start, he has passing, shooting, ability and creates offense keep Z in the game his defense will get better, he gets to open spots and sees the floor what a waste or maybe Cal is keeping for secret weapon

Hey Matt, there’s some strange happenings going on here, Ky. Can take apart some of these top rated teams, yet lose to a weaker team. It’s as if they seek out and stalk a good team and then easily beat them. Yeah, go figure.😅
With 4:06 left in the game it was 104 to 71 and they scored 24 pts to our 11 no defense, and yes defense matters. Thought I was watching the NBA All. Star game 😢. Let’s call it what it is Alabama just ran out of time!!!!

It took Alabama 31 minutes to score what Kentucky had at halftime. And Kentucky was almost at a century score at that time. It was out of reach. No need to pad the score or cause an injury. Alabama is also the best offense in sec.

The best formula Kentucky has to win games is to play Wagner and Bradshaw as less as possible. But, with Calipari placing the NBA draft over winning games that matter, that is doubtful.

@@tevin7952 You can say that, but it's odd that stuff fans have recommended for MONTHS is actually successful.....yet it takes Cal until there are 4 or 5 games left in the season to realize it. Almost like the "Basketball Bennys" in KY actually know something about basketball. Also odd that players like a Wagner or Bradshaw (and Edwards up until recently) get seemingly unlimited chances to work through poor play, but up until recently Big Z "still needed work" and had to be "limited going forward"....you can go back as far as Skal several years back....after 4 or 5 games it was obvious to everyone but Cal that it wasn't working and Derek Willis needed to start for that team...but Skal was the more heralded player and had the NBA projections, so Cal kept rolling him out there....and trying to make him a back to the basket big...which he obviously wasn't.
I don't think "Dominating" is the correct word to use when the other team scores 95 points against you.
Alabama should've brought their hard hats because Kentucky Wildcats were DYNOMITE!

Great win but a bit of fools gold... Still gave up 95 points.. extremely rare to shoot 63% that hides a lot of bad...as good as the Auburn win and this win looks you still have the LSU game losing a 15 point lead... That's my concern with this team...I don't see the consistency it takes to win 6 straight in the NCAA. Sincerely hope I am wrong.

@@tevin7952 it’s called observation…you might try it. Wagner is a project…not one & done.
First, the guy is playing on a really bad ankle. Second, it is all about matchups. Wagner is the most physical, hardnosed player we have; and there will be a game where that will be vital.
@@wildmouse5888 his role is coming off the bench and he’s a project…there are better players that should start. This team’s strength is offensive fire power…Sheppard, Reeves, Dillingham, Edwards…Z/Mitchell/Thiero are the guys that should be getting the most minutes and in the starting rotation. The rest can fight more minutes as needed.
