i was eating 3000+ milligrams of sodium a day because i would use a lot of soy sauce in my cooking...my blood pressure was around 140/100 and it was bothering me, so what i did was drop my sodium intake dramatically to around 600 mg a day and my blood pressure dropped to 99/80

A pharmacist told me that my BP should be the same when on meds, not go up and down. Well on my low fat low salt high starch vegan diet, it goes up and down. Is something wrong? It has been low lately and I don't take the drug those days.

First the only advice I would follow from anyone on You Tube is talk to your cardiologist. Normally while on BP meds yes there will be fluctuations just like people not on meds. BP is affected by many things, including physical activity, coffee, recreational drugs like pot, pain to name a few.
