I’m at the point in my life where I get excited for a RUclips notification covering a subject I’ve never had interest in. Really shows how a entertaining personality can go a long way.
Thank you, I feel these are the most boring videos I make I have yet to find my style for gunpla yet, or maybe I should just stay who I am... Still getting used to censoring myself here.
ItsAGunpla Keep doing you bro, that’s what makes your personality so dope. You’re real, and I enjoy the harsh language ahah but I totally understand why you try and censor yourself, which in itself is very commendable. (I talk like a sailor so I understand completely.) So yeah, sorry about the long winded reply, and I know you enjoy the constructive criticism to build on, but allow me to offer ya just a tad bit of praise. Trust me when I say, you deserve it.
I'd say you know more about airbrushing than I do from what I have seen on your channel. It's only a matter of time before you realize how limitless you are.
The first youtuber that acknowledges reality talking about painted kits and fitting issues, others just pretend that does not happen. Thanks for being honest
Bloody hell that's beautiful. Love all the detail. Looks fun I used to build them but never painted. Back in the day when they were $8-$14 at toy's r us. Ah, back in the day. My hobby town used to run out so fast of the other models. "I don't want zaku's or leo's."-younger me
Oh my God, finally youtube recommends me something I actually would want to watch. I was able to pick up this kit in denden town Osaka for 6200 yen. Also this masterpiece belongs in a museum. Seriously you did a fantastic job on this.
Dude, i love watching your videos. It sounds like as if your just talking in a regular conversation, rather than giving a boring review. Thats awesome! and your painting is super nice too..kept it up!
When I've seen your Sazabi in some of your videos I knew you must have put in work the way it stood out, but this video really makes me understand how much you actually did.
4 years late, just started building gunpla and have a few hgs and a mg (full armour thunderbolt) under my belt. This is a thing of beauty. Good lord, that's a beautifully finished kit.
Best thing about decals is, it makes it look realistic. Much like a jet with a ton of parts, you have to make sure the mechanics know where everything is at.
I couldnt agree more. Gunpla as a hobby is amazing and needs to become more popular. Started a discord for that purpose. It was amazing sitting in a voice chat with a person building their first kit ever.
videos like this is why I got into gunpla and bought an airbrush. The models are nice how they are but I really want to take them to the next level with custom paint. Keep you the videos.
I literally just finished my sazabi ver. Ka commission this morning! Yours is incredible! keep up the work, RUclips could use more gunpla creators like you
Dude I couldn’t agree more when you made the comparison to formula one and motogp bikes. The logos and stuff bring a lot of realism to the model. Absolutely gorgeous model man I want to learn to do one and create a diorama this cool
This is an amazing build, I can really see your love for motorcycles shine through in the detail you've put into your Gunpla. I especially love the subtle wear and tear on the Sazabi.
I have this kit stashed for two years now. But I wait. I want to wait, build all the other kits I have to, so that when it comes to this one, it will benefit all the experiences, mistakes, and all, gathered on my way to (try to) master building and painting. Because to me, it is indeed the most beautiful kit I have, and maybe the most beautiful kit proposed in the Gundam series. The MG Wing Ver Ka is on the shelf too, and it's damn of a beauty too, but when I see your Sazabi and what you end up with, I am glad to be patient, knowing I have it ready to be started... Excellent work, excellent editing, excellent review, thank you.
they way you filmed it and the immaculate paint job make it appear full sized. It's like I'm looking at a really detailed render or photo of an actual mobile suit. Fantastic work!
This is the first video that I saw of yours that wasn't on your main channel or your podcast, I must say it is strange to see you as anything other than apathetic, I love your main channel don't get me wrong, and you're probably my favorite you tuber, yet it is still nice to see this side.
Oh hey... I know your other channel! I decided to buy my first Gundam kit and it was a MG 1/100 Neo Zeon MSN-04 Sazabi "Ver. Ka". I'm pretty stoked. 31 runners though...Wow! I've got plenty of experience building 1/35 scale military stuff. This seems like an awesome canvas for pre-shading.
Quality Build, Quality Content. I can feel the love that went into this kit. A touch of talent, a touch of skill, and genuine passion. Beautifully done.
Even though I feel like I’ve missed out on a great series in my life your calm voice and beautiful art skills are something to be admired for and I thank you Gundam.
I'm pretty new to gunpla and so far I've only built one kit. I got the Gundam Schwarzritter HG 1/144 scale and I'm pretty happy with it. I haven't painted it yet because 1: don't have the paints yet and 2: I'm waiting til I move out of my parents house and get my own place so I can designate an area for said painting. Took me around 7 to 9 hours to build it since I'm new to gunpla, but I gotta say it was really fun doing it. I'll definitely check out more of your gunpla content to see what I can aim for in the future.
yeah sazabi is the best even the MSIA extended is awesome it's so good i own RG, MG, MSIA, MSIA extended, HCM Pro and HG 1/144 ( the Sinanju is a MEh and nightingale is overkill) robot damashii Sazabi is plain, a robot damashii Nightingale is awesome
My favorite gundam mech is ranked: 1 - 1/72 kshatriya 2 - MG shazabi ver ka. conversion kit 3 - MG Sinanju conversion kit 4 - waiting for that legendary barbatos lupus rex when I was little, I use to like strike gundam, strike freedom gundam etc....all the good guys. But as I gotten older and start to appreciate the details and design. I switched to all the zaku mechs lol
This is honestly a beautiful job done! The kits is gorgeous and it does do half the work but mannnnn you owned the other half, this is art! It's minimalist yet bold, the multi layering the reds on a single panel to make the model seem to have a natural light source Seriously well done, I Know it means nothing coming from a random canvas/spray painter who just happens to build gunpla :p but had to comment. 11/10
I don't own this kit, but the Sazabi is my favorite mobile suit in the entire series. Your paint on it looks amazing. Freedom for all spacenoids, hail Zeon!!
I said it back when you first showed off this kit and I'll say it again. Your colour grading is beautiful. Years ago (probably about a decade ago now) I was quite into my warhammer 40k painting, I wasn't bad but wasn't really good either. I would have given my left nut to be able to colour grade like that.
Almost the best. The hands and the ends of the gauntlets make putting the guns on a pain, at least for me. And part of the left shoulder armor that expands snapped in half when I apparently pulled on it too hard not knowing how far it stretched. That ticked me off. Still the majority of it is master class.
Amuro is the king of ditching his equipment as a decoy/distraction for a high percentage kill. It works most of the time, just not against another veteran Newtype pilot like Char.
No. You built it right. The long beam rifle doesn't fit on mine either a buddy also had the same problem, and the full double beam hawk, forget it. That thing is too heavy for the joints. I wound up doing something cool with the rifle though. If you extend the large back booster flap and fold down the attachment on the rifle handle you can actually slide it onto the back booster flaps joint (the part that extends from the waist) and it stays and looks like it actually is suppose to be there.
This is your best work yet, well done Picasso. Slightly dark but not over the top like some of your other ones, keeping the same consistent color tone through out the entire piece. Is that a green LED in the eye? You really went all out, my man. Going to watch the video again to actually stare at the details, your voice is distracting, in the best of ways.
It is one of the best enemy MS out their and if you do t count the gouf that is. the kit is boss. I hope you plan on doing the NEW Nü gundam kit as well. Keep it up boss!
woa...it funny that i know about you from your "other" channel way much before i know about this channel, (i currently research & plan to get a first gun pla kit) .. .When you talk about the kit, i just think "hey this guy voice is familiar" :D
As a beginner Gunpla builder, I feel absolutely terrified at the thought of trying to get into painting or special customization someday in the future.. back to standard decals! 😅
This was a great video. I just bought this kit and your video was very helpful for deciding what after market parts to put on and painting. Looking forward to checking out the rest of your channel. Sub’d.
Your Sazabi is fucking beautiful. Thanks to you I'm getting into gunpla and ordered a gundam mk 2 in the titans color its a real grade, a base jabber and a stark jegan and I can't wait to save up for a spray booth and air brush set. You've inspired me with your talent for this :)
Gundam you should build and paint the RG Sazabi, I know you don't like 1/144 scale but the RG Sazabi has a full inner frame and is about the size of a MG Wing kit.

Amazing build! Sazabi will always be a timeless MS. Those decals on the shield are a bummer tho, but we all make building mistakes so no biggie

This is the coolest thing I've ever seen in the history of anything.
Except for maybe that 1/72 GPO2. But I haven't seen anyone paint that yet, so...
I have to finish off the walls for my base, then it's a toss-up between the GPO2 1/72 or Unicorn 1/60

Thanks bro miss you man in some stuff with court my kids and a baby mama💥 but I ain’t forgot where I came from peace
Enjoyed it the first time I seen you show it off came out great and makes me want to slightly mod my kits as well.
DAyyuuum. That thing looks sick!
I can't wait to see Gundpla tour one day with 100s of Mastergrade kits hehe.
you dont know how manny sazabis i have in my collection i just absolutely love this mobile suit
My god this build is gorgeous!
Commenting to appease the algorithm. Love your stuff bro
That’s a sexy mech. I make lego mechs. Your vids are getting me extremely close to picking up gunpla.
When I see papa gundam releases gunpla vids: NANI!? (Dramatic close up of manly face)
Fantastic job man, keep the vids coming!
Turned out great!
Yours will prolly look way better than mine but I'm looking forward to putting this bad boy together.
So when do we expect you to participate in the Gunpla Builders World Cup? :^)
Everyone hits me with that question :P IF I had free time I'd make a city block war zone I sources all the parts needed, but don't have the time.
ItsAGunpla maybe in the future if you feel comfortable one day for it lol I mean the US hasn’t had a champ yet :P
Mmmmm Sazabi. Best looking Mobile suit imo. I would always pick the Sazabi in Gundam Battle Assualt 2.
You are the man bro..i like ur artwork ❤
your dream came true now, bandai made a 1/60 sazabi now !!!

flashback time
Nice skills Papa Gundam, I was painting my RG Sazabi in Rozen Zulu colors but my scrub ass kinda messed up
Sick build dude
You painted the kit very well. You should make a video of painting and kit building process.
Gundam you should build and paint the RG Sazabi, I know you don't like 1/144 scale but the RG Sazabi has a full inner frame and is about the size of a MG Wing kit.
How do you get that dark shadowy, almost weathered look? Is that airbrushed?
That intro is hype.
Your kits looks great man. I only just finished my very first ever Gunpla build today. RX-78-2 version 3.0. No paint or stickers just snapped it together.
