Prateek Sadhu of Masque Restaurant is a creative and innovative chef from Mumbai. He is highly celebrated for his wilderness-to-table cooking ethos, which takes inspiration from his time working with Rene Redzepi at Noma in Copenhagen. Our second evening as a Chef Table sponsor of Obsession 20 at the Northcote in Blackburn, saw Prateek create modern Indian cuisine; including lamb belly cooked with Kashmir chilli, yoghurt and fennel, served with rice and chutney.
