Grinding wheel tool

I am in the process of recovering a surface grinder.
When I bought the surface grinder it only came with an adapter for the grinding wheels and no tool to install it or remove it.
Here's my take on that tool.

Quando comprei a rectificadora plana só vinha com um adaptador para as mós e nenhuma maneira de remover ou instalar as mós.
