DTI holder for the mill
I was watching a video from Blondihacks ( ruclips.net/video/a8K21GmlPNA/видео.html )and realized that I needed a holder for the dti to use in the milling machine.
Then came the Joe Pie video ( ruclips.net/video/x5CDPtWfPfI/видео.html ) with more information about the type of holder to use... and how to use it.
This is my way of making a DTI support.

My band saw tensioner broke... I'll make a new one. Very good work.
I made one a few months ago but hadn't seen the actual tool so used only 3 contact points. Two on the body and third is the clamp screw. It takes way less room than a co-ax indicator and gets used a lot more than the co-ax ever did.

The vice is not bad but I only use it for light stuff. I have a bigger and more sturdy mounted vice.
With the pandemic going on I need to make one. I have wanted one for bear 20 years. I was going to the gym, they have a track but not for me now. Not sure I can do as you did but maybe close. Thank you !

Took me until almost the end to realise what you meant by training rollers! I was thinking you meant like children have training wheels on push bikes when they first learn to ride! I'm thinking you look pretty good with the chair - why would you need those? Gee I'm dumb! And it was a very nice job!
