Another wonderful video. It's very encouraging to see someone actually produce a quality video with quality material. My question is how frequently do these exercises be done? Every day lightly? Every other day like a bodybuilder? What intensity? Etc.
Thank you for this video, my wrists are very weak and I needed some sort of strengthening and didnt really know what to do but this has helped alot : )
Hi Dr Levi! I have been suffering from carpal tunnel for the latest 1 and a half month. Allthough not entirely recovered, my wrist is doing a lot better now (still experiencing some tightness while flexing upwards, tightness on the thumb, and have some tingling sensations. I just wanted to ask; is it safe for me to do these exercises right now, or should i wait it out more till it's completely gone? All of the best!
Thank you so much for your videos. I’m a stay at home mother to a 2 year old trying to figure out why my forearms, hands, wrists and fingers have been hurting so bad. I test positive for gamers thumb which I think is funny as I don’t game though I suppose using a smart phone is about the same thing. Also all the heavy lifting I’ve been doing with my kiddo 😅 Been doing the exercises in your videos for a few days and know it takes time to see change but I’m excited to see if they can help me. Thank you again!
Sheesh, I hope I can step up to the plate. I've let myself go. Overweight etc but have decided to take up archery and need to strengthen my forearms, wrists and hands. Thanks heaps bro.
Great! but how do I cue myself neutral wrists so I do not deviate to much when flexion (ex. is forearm straight to middle finger or top of pointer finger makes straight line with wrist) I can't find this out anywhere :l
Simply focus on form and consider using lighter weights. The goal with any exercise is the quality of the movement, not the quantity of the movement/weight. Proper form is key! Good luck Andrew!

You remind me of some actor. I can’t put my name on it... and you have the exact same voice as him.
Delroy Lindo?
