    Asunción Cummings Hostin, known professionally as Sunny Hostin, is a U.S. lawyer, columnist, journalist, and television host. She is co-host on ABC’s morning talk show The View for four years as well as the Senior Legal Correspondent and Analyst for ABC News. Sunny was born in New York City to a Puerto Rican mother, Rosa Beza, and an African-American father, William Cummings. She is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
