I heard an interview with Tim once, there was some critics about the lyrics wasn't very deep. He said "hey, we were 16-18 years old when we wrote those songs, and haven't much life experience". I think its incredible that they could make music like this, in that age.

This is another great tune from Dizzy Mizz Lizzy. This band keeps giving me vibes from another early band, but haven't figured it out. Yes, confused lyrically, when mentioning the 60's, I was thinking psychedelic trip, was he tripping? But the vocals are great and the instruments, especially the guitarist, are very groovy. The lyrics from DMLs first record (also called Dizzy Mizz Lizzy) are mostly nonsense. Tim, Martin and Søren were 17-19 years old when that album was cut, some of the songs (Silverflame being one, I believe) were written even earlier, so most of the lyrics just needed to "sound good". If you compare those old songs to songs from "Alter Echo", well, thats a whole different kettle of 🐟
Had a feeling that the song, was refurring to another song Something in the Air by Thunderclap Newman was requested by Cosmo Cramer, was supposed to be the anthem of the Flower Power movement The massage is still the same, no matter how hard you want to follow the flow, free love had its casualties 😢😊
