You’ve just helpfully answered a question for me in one of your other videos - thank you! - i’m working on Lurashell chair of this shape so this video was really helpful too. But did you have to glue the fabric to the foam with this chair or is it just a question of getting the fabric cutting/elastic right and it lies flat to the shape?

No glueing of fabric what so ever it is as you say a matter of cutting & sewing the fabric just right so when it goes onto the chair it is smooth!

Is the cover elasticated or have a drawstring? How is it fixed to the fibreglass shell? Also where did you source the Lurashell hooks? My sister has 2 of these chairs she wants me to refurbish and we were puzzled how it went together so thanks for the video.

The cover has a drawstring around the edge which goes under the fibreglass lip, the hooks are not available, we were given a small number by the daughter of the designer & owner of the company! Hope this helps?

I also have another in my workshop, the clips are not available anywhere the ones I used on TV were given to us by the daughter of the original company owner it was all she had & that wasn't enough!
