A Chat with Emily Sisson

Emily Sisson will be competing for the USA at the 2024 Olympics. She previously held the American half marathon record and currently holds the American marathon record. She ran 2:22:42 to place 2nd at the US Olympic Marathon Trials and earned a spot at the Paris Games (with Fiona O’Keeffe and Dakotah Lindwurm).

I don't know if they are using the same course--I just looked at the Paris Marathon elevation map, and man it has a lot of hills including long steep hills.
