アメリカ在住です。自分でパンを手作りするようになって10年以上経ちますが、日本のパン屋さんはもっと金額を上げてもいいのではと思う。
だってパン作りは時間も手間もとってもかかります。
私自身手作りしなかったらきっと知らずにいたと思います。
インフレと円安で材料も高騰しているだろうし、こんな大変な作業に見合う価格をつけていただきたいし、消費者もそれを理解してほしいと思います。

そうですね、今、パン屋さんに限らず飲食店さんをはじめ、多くの産業で大変な状況になっていると思います。
そういった背景も汲みながら、取材に励んでいきます。ご意見感謝します✨
日本のパンは惣菜、菓子パンと種類も豊富で海外のパン屋の仕込みより時間と手間がかかる。しかも人件費カットで一人でこなすから大変ですね。パン屋って少し憧れてましたけどこれを毎日は凄すぎます。
好きでなきゃ出来ない仕事ですね。
消費者としては安価がいいけど、作り手としたらいくらの儲けなんだろ？って思ってしまう。
個人消費が改善して少しでも恩恵が得られるような社会になってほしい。パン屋さんもこれ以上物価高だとキツイだろう。
ここのカスクートほんとにほんとに大好きです！職場の人から頂くのでお店のことや他のパンなど知らなかったんですが、作業工程をみてこんなに手間暇かけられているんだと。。いつかお店に行きます！

阪神地域のパン屋さんって大体朝5時とか6時とか開いてるのがデフォですが、朝からいろんな種類を出してるパン屋さんって仕込みは前の夜からやっておられますよねえ。アサイチは食パンとクロワッサンしかなくて7時半ごろから惣菜パンが増えてくるような店だとAM2時とかから仕込み始めるそうですが。
あと、震災というと我々にとっては1.17ですねえ。
