Yes spot on my friend, they have known each other for many many years. They are/were great mates...both have performed in Misical theatre etc so they know how to act out a role. But yes the love and respect is huge...John has been happily married to his wife and they have two grown up sons. Olivia sang a few duets in this concert one with both John and Anthony Warlow who is another great Aussie singer and star of Phantom etc. Worth checking out that out too. I was lucky enough to be at this concert it was just amazing, the concert was called the main event and it also stared Anthony Warlow ( who was Australia phantom of the opera) I still have the tee shirt I got at the time . Do yourself a favour and watch John and Anthony sing Granada it’s so funny and brilliant 😂

Olivia and John were friends for 50+ years. They performed together many times here in Australia. John was very said that he couldn't attend Olivia's funeral due to being hospitalised.
John can sing anything, stage, rock, pop, contemporary, ballads, even opera(with Australian opera singer Anthony Warlow), he just so versatile. And you need to watch “gethsemane” from Jesus crust superstar.
This was written for John by the brilliant Graeham Goble of Little River Band (original) fame. Beautiful orchestration completed by magnificent performances.

@@mrmockatoo6786 no I’ve had major surgery on my foot this time. One of my toes has been permanently replaced with metal and they’ve had to break 4 other bones in my foot and reset them. It’s not good and I’m feeling a little overwhelmed but my energy will be back ❤️
