Samoa Truffles

Samoa Truffles are packed with flavor. They will be a great addition to your Christmas cookie tray.
Samoa Truffles
Makes 100 if using truffle sized cookie scoop
Ingredients:
7 ounces Sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
13.4 ounces Dulce de leche (milk caramel)
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
11 ounce Nilla wafers, crushed
16 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for chocolate. Scoop mixture onto line cookie sheet with cookie scoop. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate. Dip bottoms of truffle in chocolate, scrape of excess.
Drizzle the tops of the truffles with remaining chocolate.
