jobim est le plus grand compositeur de la deuxieme moitie du 20em siecle au bresil apres heitor villa lobos les plus grands jazzmens et womens ont repris ces themes c est un genie de la melodiie❤❤❤😅😅😅😅
Brilliant, stunning, superbly smooth. A marker of a time when anything was possible. (Anyone coming up who wants to compose music, charts, or produce, listen, and learn. This is a master class.)
Underrated? How?? Jobim cut an LP in '67 with Sinatra -- that's the top of the mark! Jobim is held the highest esteem of all the Brazilian artists, which has been the case since 1964..
My brother, you should listen to Jobim's StoneFlower. Here's a link to the album on RUclips, I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do! StoneFlower is my favorite album. ruclips.net/video/mzmE53scpqo/видео.html Брат мой, тебе следует послушать StoneFlower Жобима. Вот ссылка на альбом на RUclips, уверен, он вам понравится так же, как и мне! StoneFlower мой любимый альбом. ruclips.net/video/mzmE53scpqo/видео.html
@@AfRose26 I love it too, and it used to be my favourite, but, it is an interesting thing about listening any jazzy music for many times, some situations of my life become associated with music, and flexibility of the music of this album makes it kinda accurate in responding to my thoughts and feeling of tact. Objectively, stoneflower is probably the better one but it happened to me that the wave album has a bit more for me. Do you know any other album similar to these and relatively on the same level? I like a bit Ted Curson as well, he has an album Tears for Dolphy, but it is very different music
Is it just me or is this guy a hundred times better than Joao? I sort of can’t stand poor Joao, his voice grates on me for some reason. Jobim when he sings is magnificent
Two different but great artists. This isn't baseball. This is art. Both were great artists for different reasons. That's like saying you like Pavarotti more than Dylan because of their voices. Its not who's better it's which makes you feel better. People who say one is better than another in the field of music or any art, should only stick to sports. Now go get your catchers mitt.
これ聞いてる奴は最高だよ
The world is not the same without this musical legend!
Epic music was made by this man!
Jobim and Claus Ogerman, you mean...

He will live forever through his music.
Musica lo ha reso IMMORTALE.
LUI È SEMPRE QUI CON NOI AD ALLIETARCI LA NOSTRA VITA CON LA SUA MISICA FANTASTICA....
Underrated artist by a lot, even for how well known he was

@@pacz8114 He was a genius for sure Even though we here in the US have heard many of his songs, a lot of people weren't aware they came from this man.

As a Brazilian, I completely agree!

Much truth stated greatly , however , all entities are individualistic , have greatest lifespace in God Almighty!
i dont agree. its perfectly fine to say you prefer one above the other. otherwise, where would be the artistic dialogue?? @@tonys4396
