1. Forget the haters, you're one of the best teachers on RUclips, 2. The chatter is fine and makes the time pass, 3. There is no freaking way you have 3 adult children, you don't look old enough to have a 16yr old.
Thanks. And I have a soon to be 29, son to be 26 and 22 year old. I was married, pregnant and teaching Highschool art when I was 17. No regerts even after being married for 29 years !! LOL But sometimes I could use a snickers.
Love your tutorials, I enjoy your chatter, don’t let the haters get you down. I bought your skeleton doily tutorial, loved it. I’ll be buying this one too.
This is my first tutorial of yours that I’ve watched. I don’t bother with looking at others comments unless needed, and take them with a grain of salt. I would like to mention though, it bothered me to see you upset over mean comments. You do you!!! They didn’t pay to watch your video. They can stop watching and move along. And if they actually paid for your patterns and are miffed about something, big deal!! It was how many dollars?? Don’t let them bring you down. Don’t change for others. I will continue to watch more of your content and if I don’t like something I’ll skip it. But so far I don’t think that will happen. Thanks for the excellent instructions and pattern. Off to watch more!
I generally use a 1.65mm hook. Every brand is different so it's best to do testing pieces to find the perfect hook for the tread you are using as well as your natural tension. If you are a tight crocheter jump up a size, if you are a loose one go down a size or until you like the look of it. Once you find that right hook for the thread or yarn for you, make sure you make note of it.
I typically use a size 10 thread. However any size cotton thread or yarn will do for this project. Just work with the recommended hook on the package. Have fun !
I sit on floor. Watching TV, drinking coffee and crocheting. Love ur patterns.
