I LOVE this project and want to try it. I have ordered the parts except for the dc female socket that you connect by soldering to the two wires of the aluminum heater plate. I looked on Amazon and don't see anything similar. Can you provide a link to that specific, please? Thank you so much!
I want to increase the temperature of box of 20litre volume .for this I used 3 ptc modules. Can I use copper over the 3 ptc modules to radiate the heat into the box? If not what is the good material for this purpose?
Hello and thanks for the video, I have some questions: 1. Can I heat a small 12 square meters room with only one PTC 220V 80W Heater Plate or it needs more than one? 2. It is safe and reliable? 3. How many Celsius degrees over room temperature can rise the temperature of a 10 or 12 m2 room? 4. Is there a better and cheap way to heat a room, like with magnetic heater or other technology?, Thanks in advance for your kind answers.
@@ElectroniClinic Did you though connect the 220 volts to your 12 volt model? It sure seems like you did. I suspect these modules are fairly agnostic when it comes to power?

u should have dipped the entire PCT heater in water. the part in air gets hot fast and raises the resistance, slowing down the heating process.
Can we dip PTC element in neem oil to evaporate . Will it catch fire because oil has fire catching nature .....
Nice long and warm autumn/winter evenings... !! Quality time in our workshop !
Can I make heatpress machine using that 😮
Iot Pid dht22 ac fan controler next using a zerocross module and esp32 or 8266 and blynk ui next please
i will talk to you in a minute.
Is it possible to heat up 30L of water to 60 Celsius with a 12v system in less than an hour?
Many thanks
It is still useful to teach pid function to kids.

It can be used to make a yogurt fementer or egg incubator
Hi, does 12v Alkaline battery can powered this ptc plate?
Can you use a 9V battery power it?
Can I power it with 220v? Or is it strickly 12v dc?
there are two versions of the same heater, 220vac, and 12vdc.

Super 👍
can i connect the PTC with the arduino uno? so that it will share the same power source.
Isn’t the uno powered by 5 volts and the heating element is rated for 12 volts?
Can we use the heater without thermocouple
yes.
@@ElectroniClinic thankyou ❣️
@@sangeethajanardhanan6041 you are welcome.
@@ElectroniClinic does the ptc get cool on other side

Nice
yo nice video where can i find the codes?
link to the code is given in the description.
It says is should not be submerged in water wtf you doing.
I have taken this heater but it don't work as I expected...
Great ♥
I also have same heater module.🙂🙂
how it works? did you test it?
@@ElectroniClinic Dear Sir,
I used it for SMD Soldering / Desoldering with W1209 controller🌡️.
Module operates on 12V 30W
Max Temp. 220°C
Dimensions- 35 ×21×5mm
Me too, 12v version, I tried using AC power and it worked
@@IMRANKHAN-we9un how much time it took to reach 220 celcius, and wil it heat water with in a minute
On how many amps it works ?
12v 6amps
It's not the heating plate that's the problem, it's the way you use the plate!
i bought a small ring like heater which boil my coffee glass in one minut
Can you provide link or photo of the heater
