Xavier Gens did amazing job. He is fan of Hitman. He actually teached how 47 walks at games to Timothy. How sad Timothy hated this movie. He should know this is his best work.
We need continuation of Hitman 2,3,4,5... with Timothy and Olga together!! With the same actors, of course! It's a great success!

Tout est vraiment parfait dans ce film un grand bravo à Xavier Gens, ils ont réussi le meilleur film tiré d’un jeux vidéo super jouissif on reste scotché du début à la fin, je n’ai jamais revue de film d’action aussi bien depuis Hitman avec des acteurs aussi incroyables, l’esthétique, la musique et l’ambiance du film pfffffff une tuerie ❤❤❤❤❤❤ les suites sont ridicules et personnes n’égalera le jeux d’acteur de Timothy Olyphant, Olga et tout les autres, ils sont exceptionnel les acteurs du film et personne ne pourra jouer comme ils ont jouer pour Xavier. Des années après je regarde encore les bandes annonces de Hitman je suis encore wahouuuuuuuuuuuuu une dinguerie Hitman ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ en plus on a un futur méchant Amish dans l’excellente série Banshee j’adore !!!
Me too. LOVE the games and I LOVE this movie, my fav video game adaptation even though it’s not the most faithful. One of my fav action movies as well.

Always wondered about the use of guns and safety in a movie set. This video was just such an eyeopener. This is a serious film about safety. SOOOO Many GUNS and no one got hurt....they really do work as a team.
Timothy had the guts to do a movie that has millions of followers. I didn't see number two, but I have the high honor to say Hitman is in my top four movies. The other three aren't important, I hate Covid Pandemic Virus and what it has done.
I think Xavier Gens did a great job with this movie along side with the cast that has been chosen. I just wish they had the budged to continue the series!
Never understood why this movie was not more popular. Highly underrated and it's as good or better than say John Wick. Highly stylized action scenes, a decent plot, good acting, great actors like Timothy Olyphant, great sets, etc. I didn't even know it was based on a vid game and it's rated R due to showing perky boobies. And lawd do I love Olga Konstiantinivna Kurylenko in that movie... A-/B+

@@sneikk Lots of movies based on games have little relevance to the game. What ever. I judged stand alone as a movie and as a movie it's underrated in the genre. It was far better then I was expecting.

Timothy Olyphant is a modern day Clint Eastwood. Brilliant actor, look at his diverse roles and performance. 'Hitman 2' was imo piss poor but TO did not want to reprise the role sadly.
I watched the 2015 movie recently, and holy molly is it terrible... It was a great idea, and yet it burned down like a dumpster. Full standard hollywood action movie.
Timothy's acting and the movie itself is much more better. I regret watching the other movie.

@@1211jinx He already had his own TV show "Justified" from 2010-2015 so committing a lead role in a movie would've been hard on his schedule. Also, he only really agreed on doing the first Hitman movie since he just bought a house and needed the money since Deadwood (another show he was a lead in) was just canceled at the time. He loved the cast and crew on Hitman but admitted that the type of movie wasn't his thing, unfortunately.
Just as an aside: Alec Baldwin’s team could’ve learned a thing or two about firearm safety by watching this.

Wow, director Xavier Gens really boiled down one of the best features of Olyphant in that Tim has this duality in him "the two face(s) of the good and the evil one". That he can play cold and dark but can still subtly relay emotions that are needed so we're not just seeing a blank, boring character. The director on his later movie A Perfect Getaway banked on this characteristic to keep the suspense and story tight.
Anyway, in Tim's words, Agent 47 is just like a traveling salesman so we did get a sequel of sorts in The Office where Michael hires Danny Cordray ...

Great film but not as a hitman film. Hitman just isn't a game that translates to a film well, its all about exploring, eavesdropping, sneaking, using disguises and taking out your target without anyone noticing. To turn that into an action film goes against the very essence of the game.

I’m sorry but Tim is horribly miscast in Hitman. Definitely the wrong person for the role, although I’m sure Tim knew that himself tbh. Pretty sure he even mentioned that he only took the role for the money since he had just bought a house. Either way, Tim doesn’t look good without hair. Don’t try to tell me otherwise. Even with just a tiny bit of hair, like in these interview clips, he looks much better. God gave this man some beautiful hair for a reason 😂

The thing is, he is pretty well cast for the role of someone who can’t be described. His face is entirely neutral. Doesn’t look happy, doesn’t look sad. He doesn’t look old, but he doesn’t look young. He doesn’t look chiseled, but he doesn’t have a baby face.
In that way, he was pretty well cast.
Olga is quite simply a Goddess if I had one choice to be rich and have everything I ever wanted or one night with Olga and after that I'd die I would choose Olga without any doubt. ❤
