  • Your left hand is for balance and can add power and control to your shot.
    It helps to keep one part of your body stable when everything else is turning so give it a try and see the difference for yourself.

      Stay compact in prep and follow through or the power will become less controllable.

      Use early body prep tot he back wall then finish early without too much follow through turn and the dropped shoulder and there will be no stopping you.
