Nice job man looks tasty
Thank you :D
Looks good dude!
Thanks! Love some good Prime Rib
Don't know which looks better, the rib roast or those ribs!
Both were a huge hit. About 10 pounds of Prime Rib and those 3 racks for demolished
Hey there, you need to take that foil off your flame broiler. You are going to start a fire in your unit. It stops the process of your grease dripping into the bucket. It will bellow up, and you can have a grease fire. I work for a pellet grill company, and the foil will give you temp issues as well. Your recipe looks amazing, and im probably going to use it for my Easter roast. Please take that foil off, please!! If you need to put foil down, I suggest you put it on the grates!!
Really? I have had a few fires in my smokers before but never thought It was from the foil. Is this information in the user manual somewhere? I change the foil after each cook and I do regular burn offs to get it cleaned off. Interesting though.
Looks... GOOD!!!! How's the job treating you out there?
Thanks! I like it out here. I got a TL spot in trim. Working a lot of hours. Very thankful we came out here
@@Nicks-BBQ that's great man! I've officially severed my ties. I'm moving on.
I wonder if butchers view trimming the same way carpenters view sanding?
Hahaha I wonder. I never trim it perfectly the way it should. Don't have patience. I get closer to perfect when I do a brisket but that's it.
