I think the idea that someone with a high IQ and great wisdom cannot also be the sufferer of deep emotional scars from a savage childhood is excessively idealistic. I met Chris several times in the past. The thing that surprised me when I first met him was how personable and downright normal he is. However, for all his impressiveness, he has one foible, and that is his tendency toward negative thinking. Once a raw nerve is touched, a rant fueled by negative emotion becomes a distinct possibility. That said, I would not be writing this if I didn't believe with utter conviction and clarity that this is something he does, NOT who he is. A more caring man I have not met.

Chris seems to me to be a down to earth guy and dosn't pretend he's so much better then everybody else. He's open about his greater intellectual capacity which is probably one reason many people dont like him. The standard is usually that smart people act humble and downplay their intelligence as an act of virtual signaling, when in reality behind close doors they still pride themself to be smarter then everybody else. We need more men like him who aren't afraid to step on peoples toes and tell the truth whatever the cost may be.

@@issachijode4534 "there is four incredibly well documented eye witness biographies on the life, death and resurrection of Jesus: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John."
I am so sorry, but you have been lied to.
No one has any idea what Jesus said, if anything.
The words you erroneously believe were said by Jesus are just fan fiction and the words of blatant plagiarists, liars and at least one nutter, *none of who had ever met Jesus,* some of whom didn't know the area, or Jewish ways at the time, and who didn't write anything until decades after his alleged life and death.
ALL you have in the first 30 to 40 years after Jesus' alleged life and death is a remnant the size of a credit card. This was from Mark, so NOT one of the disciples.
Then we've got only another 6 fragments, none of them larger than about an A4 sheet of paper, until the 3rd century.
Matthew and Luke COPIED from Mark, so what are the chances that they are more correct than him? They obviously couldn't have been eyewitnesses, either, could they?
Just look at the nonsense in the gospels, anyway; a copy of Nestor's feeding the 4,500, Jesus performing a couple of miracles allegedly performed by people who lived long before he did, the Sermon on the Mount (which was given a century earlier), zombies wandering around Jerusalem, etc.
The early church fathers, including Tertullian, Jerome, Origen, Epiphanius, Augustine and Irenaeus all complained about the texts being ever changing (as did Celsus, who was a critic of the cult), and there are over half a million differences that we know of, more than there are words in these books.
Now IF we assume that the gospels were correct (and there are numerous good reasons not to) we still end up with an ignorant, irresponsible man who, incidentally, quoted from the book of Enoch, a book that didn’t make it into the bible, because it contradicts the Jesus mythos.
Talking of something contradicting the official narrative, look at Mark 16 (14 b in the Codex Washingtonianas):
“and Christ replied to them, “The term of years of Satan’s power has been filfilled, but other terrible things draw near…”
He claimed that some of those alive THEN would not taste death until the second coming.
He was racist about Samaritans/Canaanites (despite them being genetically the same, but they didn’t have DNA tests back then).
He said that demonic possession is a thing, rather than genuine mental illness (thus causing a LOT of damage to mentally ill people).
He told people that they should hate other members of their family, and only care about me (thus causing families to split apart and giving cults more power).
He told people not to worry about tomorrow, and to give all their worldly possessions away. He told people to not bother about washing their hands.
He told people that just looking at someone with hate is the same as murdering them, or that looking lustfully at a woman (a perfectly natural thing to do) is the same as committing adultery, and that adultery is worthy of stoning to death (the "let he who is without sin" bit got made up and added into the bible only about a millennia ago, if that).
He claimed that, until Heaven and Earth passed away, not one iota of the barbaric, mosaic law was to be changed (and one cannot "fulfill" a law, the claim is meaningless drivel).
He referred to the days of Noah, so, apparently, believed that particularly ludicrous version of the flood, along with other crap in Genesis.
He didn't know what the smallest seed, even in the area was.
He never condemned slavery (the Essenes did).
He claimed to not bring peace but the sword.
He said that no humans were good.
I'm sure there are a fair few criticisms that can be made, but that's more than enough to show that it's immoral and illogical (and observably damaging) to follow such a failed apocalyptic messiah.
This is CLEARLY not a man to be trusted!

@@pookiroo no they arent. He is combining Hinduis, Buddhism, and mysticism. Anyone who has studied religions will know this guy sounds dumb and unoriginal. To break down this, the way he talks about the things he talks about is very biased and limiting. He is also saying Man is Divine, he also says Man creates their own hell, he just makes this stuff up because he likes to think. Just because you like to think doesnt mean your thinking is right. Man is not a part of God, God is One and Unique and unlike anything. But unfortunately this guy speaks pure blasphemy, he limits God and makes the mistake of Philosophers often make, because his understanding is only to the amount he himself can know, he limits his understanding of God to whatever his thoughts can achieve, and in doing so, he mistakenly tries to anthropomorphize the idea of the divine. You can’t limit what you say “God” can and will do like he does, God is infinitely beyond anything creatures all together can come up with using any tool they have including thoughts, imagination, calculations. I can proceed further because logically one would ask “well if you cant know the divine by thought then how do we do so” the answer is easy. Clearly there is an innate desire to know of the Divine because of our origins of created creatures, by looking at religions and within them prophets, you will find there are paths to know God by those claiming to have official Correspondence with the Divine. How do we know a truthful Prophet from a Liar? Looking at the human existence, we are not creatures that live for thousands of years that need the universe laid and sophisticated infront of us, the answer lies within simple logic anyone can access: the Prophets were known to be truth tellers, did not ask for any payment, and seriously preached their message of truth. You can then say, well, what religion is truth, for that anyone can clearly see that a religion consistent with truth is a religion whose prophets are “perfected” humans, besides the Holy Jesus, you have the other Holy Prophets. The religion must not have any faults or blemishes of their prophets otherwise that would cause a problem to the universal correspondence, since prophets are humans of absolute truth and characters reflecting that, they make mistakes (small ones) but they do not ever sin.

What Jesus did on the cross was payment for our sins. We are all sinners. No man has lived a sinless life but Jesus. Through faith in His death burial and resurrection we are saved. Our good deeds are like filthy rags to God. By simply being good we are showing our works to be equal to what Jesus has done for us. When someone truly understands what Jesus did for them and accepts Him as Lord of Lords they will try to do everything possible to please Him but what they do is not what saves them. Have you listened to the thousands of NDEs? I fully believe in God but I’m not a moron to not understand that biblical texts were written by humans and then manipulated by humans. Taking things out and moving wording around. Most importantly the very original texts itself were human interpretations. And there’s no way to prove the words were EXACT when they quoted Jesus or God. Thousands of NDEs would tell everyone that ALL religions have gotten it a little wrong. But that’s what humans do. Because just that, we are humans. I became far closer in faith once I began listening to and studying Near Death Experiences. People would be wise to study them.

God is not religion. Man created religion. God is so much more than these labels and reasonings we mere humans put on things. We try to act like we know better and in truth, people who have died and came back, a lot of them express that ALL religions have got things a little off. Which is perfectly understandable. Because we are humans with human behaviors and interpretations. While we all seem to capture the jist and the moral picture we truly have not a clue at the reality that is the life after death. But those who have died and came back… people of all backgrounds all say very similar things. And it’s time people started listening to them.

The rosary is the meditation of the life of Jesus, from birth to death.
It is the fulfillment of the 150 Davidic Psalms(the Psalter of David) that has always been prayed by Old Testament Israel, post-Temple Jews, and by Christians for personal prayer, communal prayer, lamentations, praise, thanksgiving, and, in the case of Christians, to demonstrate the fulfilment of prophecy.
The reason why the rosary is so powerful is because every component of it comes from heaven. The Our Father was taught by Jesus and the “Hail Mary, full of grace” etc was said by Angel Gabriel the other lines come from the bible (Luke 1:28, 1:42, 1:43 & James 5:16). It is prayed during exorcisms and also as a form of self-exorcism
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our Lady explains the Hail Mary to Saint Mechtilde of Helfta (1241-1298):
“My daughter, I want you to know that no one can please me more than by saying Rosary.
The salutation which the Most Adorable Trinity sent to me, and by which He raised me to the dignity of Mother of God.
By the word 'Ave' (which is the name Eve, Eva), I learned that in His infinite power God had preserved me from all sin and its misery, which the first woman had brought upon herself.
The name ‘Mary’ which means ‘Lady of Light’ shows that God has filled me with wisdom and light, like a shining star, to light up Heaven and Earth.
The words ‘full of grace’ remind me that the Holy Spirit has showered so many graces upon me that I am able to give these graces in abundance to those who ask for them through me as Mediatrix.
When people say the ‘Lord is with thee,’ they give to me again the indescribable joy that I received when the Eternal Word became incarnate in my womb.
When you say to me ‘blessed art thou among women,’ I praise Almighty God’s Divine mercy which raised me to this exalted level of happiness.
And at the words, ‘blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus,’ the whole of Heaven rejoices with me to see my Son Jesus Christ adored and glorified for having saved mankind.”
      ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A Devout Client of Mary Shall Never Suffer the Loss of His Soul (Taken From The Glories of Mary By Saint Alphonsus Liguori)
There was a certain man who was religious in name only, but, wherever true religion was concerned, hard-hearted and careless. He was, however, in the habit of praying to the Blessed Virgin and saying once everyday a hundred “Hail, Mary’s.” Coming near his end, he was caught away in an ecstasy, and devils charged him before the Great Judge seeking a sentence that would adjudge him to be theirs. God, therefore, knowing his manifold sins, said that he must be condemned.
Meantime the Blessed Virgin came offering schedules in which were contained all the “Hail Mary’s,” and begging her Son to allow him to receive a milder sentence. But the devils brought many books full of his sins. ‘The books on both sides were put into the scales, but the sins weighed most. Then the Blessed Virgin, seeing She was doing no good, earnestly besought her Son, saying:
“Remember, Beloved, that Thou didst receive of my substance, visible, tangible and sensible substance; give to me one drop of Thy blood shed for sinners in Thy passion.”
And he replied: “It is impossible to deny thee anything. Yet know that one drop of my blood weighs heavier than all the sins of the whole world. Receive therefore thy request.”
Receiving it, She placed it in the scales, and all those sins of the religious weighed against it as light as ashes.‘Then the devils departed in confusion, crying out and saying: “The Lady is too merciful to Christians; we fail as often as She comes to contend with us.”
And so the man’s spirit returned to his body, and on recovery he related the whole tale and became a true monk.

I read an article in Omni magazine back in 1980. They said computers would soon be more intelligent than humans in 10 years, it hasn't happened yet. The premise is, the brain is full of neurons which are basically on/off switches. A computer has flip-flops -- on-off switches. They figured, if you have enough on/off switches tied together, they will magically become self-aware. Moves like the Terminator are based on this principle. Well, according to the Terminator, computers were supposed to be self-aware years ago. It hasn't happened and won't. Consciousness does not exist in the brain but in the soul. Computers do not have souls.

ChatGPT says this about the CTMU:
"The CTMU, or Cognitive-Theoretic Model of the Universe, is a theory proposed by American physicist and philosopher Christopher Langan. It aims to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding reality, integrating elements of metaphysics, epistemology, and cognitive science.
The CTMU proposes that reality consists of a self-processing, self-referential system that Langan calls the "Universe." It suggests that reality is fundamentally computational and that information is at the core of existence. The theory posits that the Universe is a self-contained, self-creating system that evolves through a process of self-simulation.
Langan's CTMU has been the subject of debate and criticism within the scientific and philosophical communities due to its ambitious claims and complex nature. While some see it as a groundbreaking attempt to unify various disciplines under a single theoretical framework, others criticize it for its speculative nature and lack of empirical evidence."

But yet we live lives with direction & goals.. we feel emptiness or boredom if we aren't doing anything. We work towards things. We fight to survive. Our survival MATTERS to us... we have an innate urge to keep living, even though our existence is "meaningless" or "pointless" according to post-modernism. Obviously reality goes into much finer detail of +'s & +'s, it's essentially pressure mediation, but thats not the root cause, existence comes from interference causing resistance (+) and acceptance(-), causing density, causing pressure mediation, causing interference, it's self generating and reinforcing, it seems it never began it always was and always will be (because it can't settle with everything interfering with everything in each bits attempt to settle), thats why i think they say in the beginning was the word : the word is metaphor for the vibratory interference that distorts any attempt at being completely settled. This also implies "the ring out", a bell rings for so long. True understanding comes out of real connection to your Creator. The God of the Bible is the true God, the Living God, and in Him you can find answers that make sense. 25 years ago, after seeking Jesus Christ by turning to Him, talking to Him, believing He existed, and being real with Him, I decided to ask Jesus to be my Lord. A few days after I made this request He revealed Himself to me, and started to teach me about reality. This person talking doesn't know Jesus, because he is not sharing the things that Jesus shared with me. I did not physically see Jesus, but I was filled with His Holy Spirit greatly, and experienced miracles, and the Holy Spirit started teaching me out of the Bible - putting different verses together for me that I never could have connected on my own.
There is a spiritual realm that sits behind what we see physically, and interacts with the world directly. The devil is a real being, with real power, and works to affect reality as well. While God is Love, the devil is pure hatred, and views humanity with contempt. The devil thrives in fear, confusion and suffering, and strives to bring this about everywhere. Jesus Christ defeated the devil, and was the only human to ever do so. This is because He came as God in the flesh, to offer Himself as a perfect sacrifice to cover OUR sin. He died for us - out of love for us. He chose this.
When you turn to Jesus Christ with all of your heart, and choose His Lordship over your life, He can undo the confusion we all experience, and provide truth. He is, in fact, the only true source of truth for humanity, because truth goes far beyond 2 +2 = 4, and all the mechanics of this physical realm. Truth goes much deeper, into WHY you exist, the PURPOSE for your life here on the planet, and the ETERNAL PURPOSE that Jesus has for you. I understand why I was created. I understand what will happen (roughly) once I am gone from my physical body permanently. I have some small conception of what eternity holds for me, although I honestly believe that in our mortal form we cannot understand many aspects of this, as it is simply beyond us in this small, closed-in existence here. I have experienced things in the spirit that I cannot accurately describe with language - glimpses of so much more.
But none of this is possible without Jesus Christ. HE is the Bridge between Man and God. His sacrifice of Himself on the Cross opens the way to God. God is as the Bible represents Him - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Three Persons - One God. This is another thing that I do not believe we can properly comprehend in our mortal form, even though I know it to be true. So if you want answers - real answers - there's only One to turn to.
Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him."
I can testify that this verse is completely true. I hope that you will find out for yourself.

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Honestly the thing about Chris that bugs me so much is his ego. He has such a desire to be credited and be praised for his intelligence. I have arrived at many pieces present in his CTMU independently, and I've seen many many others including Klee Irwin that seem to have also come to some of the same understandings. If he is really concerned with being as Christ-like as possible, he shouldn't matter who is sharing ideas that will help humanity progress and heal.

@@haydndavies2248 how one measures is according to one's judgement.. another way to put it is that consciously or not, our reality is en-formed & defined by our filters, and we are thereby affected by these filters: "as ye measure so shall ye be measured".. which i believe means we answer to the contexts-parameters we identify within. Our very existence as an organism is derived from the totality of universe - the ecosystem/earth&moon/sun/star-systems/ history of matter & energy; such that the loss of a limb or even some internal organs would be less deadly than losing our "external organs", like our societal networks (farmers, shippers, builders, health care workers etc) living soils, living forests, living oceanic plankton (providing oxygen), the planet Jupiter( diverting asteroids by virtue of it's orbital position and gravity) or the sun (for obvious reasons).. so it is a mistake when we identify ourselves as either physically or spiritually less than, or other than, the totality of being: our higher self.. without which we are prone to objectify, ignore, alienate, disrespect, or abuse whatever we've disavowed as part of our greater being, and that is the sin that condemns us: our self drawn limits on our true identity and the identity of others, our blinding stance of false smallness. Langan is saying that if our measurings fall short of our higher self - our kinship with God - it is these false measurings that throw us out into darkness.. or, by the same virtue, our more accurate measurings that we benefit from as ablessing. How we describe and divide our selves and our world is the set of contextualization/identification that determines our seeming fate.

Jesus said almost the same thing, but that book was thrown out, or never admitted into the official Bible.
I think it's in the gospel of Thomas from the Egyptian, early version, of the scripture, and it goes something to the effect of:
      - Don't try to find me in buildings of wood or stone.
      - Lift a rock and you'll find me; look behind the tree and I'll be there.
I don't want to paraphrase too much.
I'm sure you will find it very easy.
Essentially, what it means is that wherever you go, he's there - he is you = you are him.

In my opinion it takes a special kind of arrogance to claim to know divinity. We are mortals, even if we are humans and some "highest form of life" know currently it still does not mean we can say for certain that god exists or does not.
Even if God does exist, why would any human made ideology from a human written "divine" scripture hold anything worth value?

  • @LlonirTS
    @LlonirTS 11 месяцев назад +5

There is some of what he says that I agree with, and some that I do not. For example, Hell as being the pain of forcibly losing one's identity after death - this I agree with. The Tibetan Book of the Dead says the same thing, Mara, God of Death, arrives to strip us of our physical and temporal identity, including our memories, if we do not willingly give them up. This is not as punishment, but is to help us remind us of who we are. The whole point of the samsaric existence is to remind us of our fundamental identity as God, so to speak, although Buddhists prefer to leave this word/conception out because it gives us, as Christians would say, a false idol. To say that God exists apart from us, or that we separate ourselves from God, is not actually possible. God cannot cut a piece of itself off and have it separate from what God is.
Now, within a hell-scape, is it eternal? From a temporal perspective, yes. It can seem like a very long time. But when realization happens that our mind is creating our experience, then instantly eternity happens in an instant. Eternity is not temporal, but reality outside of time and space. Duration of time means nothing at all, the concept itself is ridiculous.
On the question of souls, this is an unnecessary division - like the concept of an ego. It arises from the wrong perspective. Fundamentally there is no soul, because everything is unity. Individual events have no self identity, they do not exist separate from any other event happening in a different space/time. Hell is the resistance to the understanding of unity at a fundamental level, because it says that "I am not who I think I am". This calls into question all the actions, memories, and identity of who I believe myself to be, and instantly opens all the possibilities of what we could have done with our life. This is a painful experience, because at this moment of realization there is nothing we can do. We have died, and change is not possible. This futility is difficult to experience.
But in the end, regardless if it subjectively (due to something like time dilation) takes a million years, or 5 seconds, we all realize oneness. To say "merge with God" is not right, because we have never been separate, we only believe it to be that way. It is realizing that we are, always have been, and always will be THAT.
So, what then is life? Life is the experience of THAT creating circumstances by which to understand itself through context. But with all the power in the universe, with all the energy, of course it can create circumstances by which it forgets what it is doing. How better to learn something new than to not remember what you had learned before? So, fundamentally, there is not a difference between the one who types this and the one who reads this. We all read. We all breathe. We all sleep. What we share in common is of far more reality than what is different, especially when it comes to abstractions like thought and identity. But we are not ready to wake up from our illusion yet. The shock of it may very well kill us at this point.

How does a non biological entity (us after we die) even feel heat and smell sulphur without our senses which have long turned to ash and been scattered in the wind.

You're looking at it too much as if God was a separate entity to us & Hell it is a deliberate punishment from an individual who hates you for not agreeing with him. What I gathered from what he was explaining in the video, is that you are literally a part of God and separation from God is Hell. Denying the truth that your mind & body is part of God & clinging to your identity/ego means that when you die, you don't transition back into being part of the rest of the universe/God. You're basically in a self inflicted disconnected state where your mind doesn't get reabsorbed into the universe/God where it will be just You & only You until... enternity... annihalation... I don't have the answer to that part. Presumably your consciousness creates something akin to Hell in this state, but again I don't know.
Basically, it's not you getting punished for not believing in an all powerful figure, it's you punishing yourself for not understanding you are a part of everything.

In order to truly love, you have to know what to hate.
Heres the deal. Not only is God real but the satan, and demons, are, too. I have witnessed them many times and I drive them out in Jesus name.
When you talk about the fall and why it happened, there are many, many reasons.
The whole of creation will ultimately glorify God. All bad things that occur, do so WITHIN the jurisdiction of some greater good. Good and evil are not equal forces. It is heirarchy. But we as lower beings have been allowed to experience both as a test to see whether we will respect, honor, and glorify (through submission to His will) God, or wether we will succumb to the nature of the accuser to glorify and serve ourselves instead.
The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the holy (set apart, sacred, righteous) is the beginning of understanding (to stand under, applying to oneself as if one were a foundation).
I have witnessed real evil many times, and so have you. However, I have witnessed personal evil as well (demons both within and external to myself and others, with preternatural powers superior to anything humans could hope for, apart from the help of God)... and having seen that evil take control of people routinely when I provoke it by the power and name of God I can tell you that nothing I tried other than supplication to the Father for help and executive backup, I would have been hopeless to defend myself from these very real spirits, let alone the people iliberate from their clutches by the power of God.

In a nutshell? Every soul that has ever lived will be held accountable for every thought ,word and deed they have ever committed. Nothing unholy can stand in God's presence. Jesus Christ lived, walked and breathed as a human. Yet He was perfect in every thought, word and deed. Never having sinned, making His blood the perfect atonement for the sins of an imperfect humanity. It's all about personal accountability. And without the blood of Jesus, mankind doesn't have a leg to stand on. The only way to the Father? Is through the Son. When God looks at the faithful in Christ ? He doesn't see us in the sin nature, (imperfect). He sees Jesus (perfect).
