the chicken chopped smaller because she don’t install the butterfly whisk to stop the chopping process / I’m using this thermomix I love it esp if you want to bake cake much easier for preparation
I think this is pretty good for a first time use, but obviously shows a lack of understanding and knowledge about the product. She mentions that it must be the mixing that generates heat - No! It has a heating element built into the base of the stainless steel bowl. If she was familiar with Thermomix cooking, we generally leave the 'wet' rice in an insulated bowl while cooking the rest of the dish. This allows time for the remaining liquid to be absorbed. You also need to adjust the cooking time for different rice varieties, i.e. short grain cooks faster than long grain. Also you don't have to boil your rice first and then make your sauce/curry - you can steam rice in the Varoma steaming basket as you cook your curry below. She says you don't know what's coming up next because there are no instructions, but there is always the option to switch to full view which shows the entire recipe so you can scroll forward or back at any point during the cooking. She also had the cookbook with the exact same recipes right in front of her that would have shown the entire recipe! Thermomix owners love that there is a long period with nothing to do in the kitchen - who doesn't love being able to walk away from the kitchen and do something else without worrying about overflowing, burning or stirring! If you want a more concentrated/thicker sauce you can always remove the measuring cup for more of the cooking time so that more water can evaporate. All of this highlights why buying through a consultant is invaluable, because they teach you how to use your machine and are always available to provide tips on adapting recipes to suit the owner.
Yes! I love my thermomix so much I'm buying a second one so I can muti cook as well. I love my thermomix so much. Consultants are fantastic! Especially if you need help with your machine. They want you to get the most out of the machine. The thermomix has been a life saver in my family with two toddlers, one who has autism and limited food, so I will be able to make seperate meals for him if need be. Plus the younger toddler seems to be showing more and more signs and I may end up needing to getting her assessed as well. Plus she has an egg allergy, so it helps making everything from scratch.
my consultant sucks and as a result I HATED my thermomix. My consultant just seemed disconnected from my communications. She made it seem so complicated.
It all depends , this thermomix can definitely do way more than just curry, it is extremely popular in Germany . I would check out more video and clips before making your decision!
Thank you for your honest and clear review. I think I'll skip it. If you are still chopping most ingredients yourself and waiting first for rice to complete, then making the main dish, having more than one dish cooking at a time - like normal - makes quite a bit more sense. Also, since you still had to chop and prepare ingredients prior to putting them in the "robot," the time savings seems minimal. Other reviews have said how great it is that you can do other things while your meal is cooking - but I don't see how that's any different than cooking a stew on the stove, or having a chicken and vegetables cooking in the oven, or, of course, adding ingredients to an Instant Pot and pushing the "on" button. When doing all of these things, I can still go do other things while the meal is cooking. And none of those methods cost as much!
Honestly she really don't know anything about this machine, it is a 12 appliance combination into 1 machine to use.. it can chop, can knead very fine dough in just few minutes , , can blend can grind to very fine pepper , rock sugar, vanilla, coffee beans, nuts.... can make jam, peanut butter, kaya(which need to stir and cook for hours) but with TM5, u can just sit down to watch TV, and done on 45mins ... can cook and steam,.... other than deep fry , u can use it for many things with just one machine , not with alllll others appliances... ,I would rate it 9.5/10
I'm not sure about the new TM6, but my wife and I only bought the TM5 about 3 years ago and just the other day the shaft that spins the blade completely sheared off when using the machine to create a simple smoothie. I called up the customer service and our consultant to get a replacement blade and they both said they wouldn't replace the blade because it was out of warranty and that the blade is an ACCESSORY. I'm pretty sure the definition of ACCESSORY is as follows (taken from a dictionary): "a thing which can be added to something else in order to make it more useful, versatile, or attractive." If I am not mistaken, the blade is the core function of the thermomix and without it, the machine is completely useless. That is by definition not an accessory. And if you are expected to pay over 100 dollars for a new blade every couple years because it breaks, then why would anyone pay for the massive over 2000 dollars investment in the first place? People pay that kind of money to get a good quality product. The blade completely shearing off means my machine is absolutely useless now. It is a massive paper weight. That doesn't sound like a good quality product. Most good quality products also have substantial warranties. Why does Thermomix not have a warranty for the integral parts of their machines for the entire life of the machine? Good quality products also have great customer service. That's also something else I felt Thermomix was lacking when trying to get this problem sorted so my wife and I could resume using the thermomix. The customer service rep that called me told me that THE BLADE IS DESIGNED TO BREAK BEFORE THE MOTOR so that you don't have to replace the expensive motor. That is fine and all, but I was just making a smoothie when this happened. It's not like I was trying to grind a brick into dust. I am a structural engineer and while you definitely take into account ways a structure can fail, you don't say that you have designed the structure to fail under normal every day loading conditions so that you can replace it for cheaper!! Sure maybe work needs to be done on the building, but a broken thermomix blade is the equivalent of my whole structure becoming unserviceable. The consultant that sold us the Thermomix definitely did not tell us that the blade was designed to break before the motor. If I new this, we definitely would not have bought one. How about you make this right and send us a replacement blade and take responsibility for the product you are selling?
Technology is never an investment. It's a luxury. If it's a piece of equipment for practical use, then choose the less complicated piece. Hope you find a solution soon.
It’s nice to see an honest review of Thermomix that isn’t sponsored by them, by somebody that knows how to cook and what good looks like. Having to do everything sequentially and keep everything else warm, I don’t really see the point. It’s perhaps useful to make things like sauces or soups that need cooking and emulsifying, for everything else I’ll stick with the tried and tested methods
I found this review to be very honest, useful, and quite valuable. As a consumer, we should all be aware of what to expect from a product in "real life" situations/use. Commercials and demos from a company representative does not provide the consumer with all the details...they're main pupose is to sell the product and not to determine whether or not it is a perfect fit for an individual's needs/wants. I'm tired of buying high-priced items that promises so much, but then fall flat once you have it at home.
I agree. Someone was trying to sell me this appliance for a very stiff price (approx US$1750). I said I would consider. I have all the necessary appliances; mixer, rice cooker, blender, chopper, breadmaker, oven, microwave oven, etc. and a 3 hob stove. I use quite a few of these all at once instead of having to wait around to make a meal for a family of 4 adults. That little Thermomix will have to do 4x better, be 4 x bigger and much more efficient, in order to convince me to buy it. Perhaps for a very wealthy bachelor, this might work, but not for a family of 4, with a huge appetite and very little patience. This, to me, is kind of like the MLM thing. Good luck if it breaks down!
Olga Kim ya, it can't do all AT THE SAME TIME! You have to wait for one task to complete before continuing with the next! Waste of time! When you have only an hour and a half to make 3 dishes and a main course for a family of 4, that machine will have to be put aside until you have the luxury of time.
I own a Thermo mix love it You should have had a delivery demonstration. You should not stand over the therm mix when its cooking Never lift the measuring cup when your cooking you could get severely burnt.
Buying mine on Monday coming...I agree this so called Tech opened the machine while cooking, and stood right over it, not a wise thing to do...What is your favourite recipe??
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Presenter. And the gizmo seems to be exactly what I imagined it to be. Not much of a replacement for a half decent home cook. I think I'll save my $1500 for something smarter.
yeah i think you are right. i bought a similar device recently. And if you can cook this thing will annoy you. But it's very good at certain things. It can elevate your cooking game if you use it for niche things.
Love your review. Honest feedback for a first-time use, but still a positive rating. Based on what I've seen here and the price tag, I don't think this is for me, but I can see it might work for someone else.
@Mark Forrest I think the best thing would be to go in your friend's house a couple of times and watch him use it, try it yourself with his guidance and then decide.
Learn from the Thermomix consultants they can teach you how to maximise all the functions and use the machine creatively to achieve great results. This presenter obviously failed to do so 🤣
The Thermomix was invented and is mostly sold in Europe. The company sold more than 3 Million of these machines. Its basically a real hype over there. This machine is no comparison to any other cooking machine. Its basically a modern cooking robot. If one wants to save time and be able to prepare a variety of healthy delicious dishes. The Thermomix is the answer. BTW, the new model is the TM6
There's a reason this product is represented by consultants who show clients how they can take best advantage of the machine instead of trying to decifre what to do on your own. You can look at next steps of recipe and prepare what comes next while it is cooking instead of looking at the clock. Again, a consultant would show you how to maximise the use and shorten the time of the recipe, tell you how to avoid shredded chicken and so on...
@@stevofoo You CAN sauté meat in it and take it from there to complete cooking. I own one, although I'm a vegetarian and don't eat meat. However, I do sauté vegetables in it and there are recipes that include sautéing meat. In addition, it does the stirring for you AND you can simultaneously steam and cook.
If you are ok with a simple 1 dish meal and ok to not cook multiple dishes at one go, then i guess it's a nifty gadget. Unfortunately, we like to have multiple dishes in every meal. Even for 1 person :)
@@TECH360TV you should watch the demos by the consultants. They will show you how many dishes and even desserts you can whip up at the same time. Stirfry vege in 5 mins, steam chicken or fish while u cook your rice. You need to get creative and learn the different usage to be able to max out the machine.
You put some dishwashing liquid and water, whizz for two seconds and it's done. Of course it depends on what is in it. Dough would take a bit longer to take off the blades.
@@irmar what about the other dishes, bowls, and containers? I do not think so...you still have to do the same things in the sink or dish washer. Not much time saved for cleaning.
I absolutely loved the thermie, i own 2 machines and i used to only dreamt of all the food that i wanna cook, now i can cook anything that I want. You dunno wat you're missing out, you don't know the full potential of what the thermie can do, find out wat it can do before you do a review on the product, you didn't do the machine justice.
Nice to see your view. Did you not know the cookbook has the exact same recipes as those on the chip? When you said, "Don't know what is happening next.... guess I have to wait to see...." thought you might want to know that you just read the recipe in the cookbook if you want to know. For me, the point of having the machine prepare food in a robot like fashion is to free myself up to do other things. (of course, it also give me complete control over what I put in my food, prepares delicious, nutritious and economical food perfectly every time, and more, too...) I am sure, in real time, you would be busy setting the table, making another dish, or working in your kitchen instead of watching the clock. Most times, the rice can be simmered over top of the chicken dish and both are cooked at once, not one before the other. I think, for a first time experience, you were able to demonstrate considerable success. Now you know this specific recipe will need you to tighten your sauce for your palate as you said this one was too runny for you. Cooking mixed vegetables together is always tricky. You have to understand the density and cooktime of each, and portion them to cook together, accordingly. Your beans can be cut smaller or put in earlier to cook longer than the other veggies. To rate it anything after only one experience - is based only upon that one first experience. Is that how you do all your reviews? I would trust a more informed review more where the machine was used consistently over a week, or preferably a month. Sincerely, V
Thank you Valerie for your feedback! I think it helps that we did indicate it's a first-hand experience, so it's really up to viewers' discretion. The whole idea is to experience the product first-hand to see how feasible it is to use for a first-timer who's new to such technology. At the end of the day, we still gave a very decent rating of 7/10. :)
TECH360.TV you're right, but at the same time, if you don't show how to optimize the use of this machine, viewers will get the wrong idea. Some examples: 1- There's no way the Thermomix will take longer to cook the dish than yourself manually, unless it's something really simple, but for that you wouldn't have the need to use it in the first place. But for things like boiling water and warming up you can save up to 10 min just by having a jar with boiled water ready. 2- When it's cooking, the idea is for you to do several other things instead of just staring at the screen. You can check the next steps of the recipe and get the tools / ingredients you need at hand, you can go take a bath and several other house chores. If you had to cook that dish by hand you just couldn't leave the stove. 3- There's a site called cookidoo and a thing called cook key that goes into that chip socket, with it you can do several things as for example: Planning weekly menus, make ingredients shopping lists and mail them to you, and you can do that anywhere and then synchronize it with the cook key, you'll have all the meals you want to make ready to go. 4- You can cook up to 3 or 4 different things at the same time. For example you can make a soup on the main jar, rice on a cake bowl and an omelet with the Varoma on top, they all cook with the steam from boiling the vegetables for the soup below. This is done in 30 minutes only. Disclose: I'm not a Thermomix advisor, I just got mine 2 weeks ago, but I was given all of this advice, without that it wouldn't be the same thing.
@@gabiruman I think the downside of this machine from what you've expressed is that u have to cut ur potions down or the sizes of vegetables n order for things to cook thru perfectly. If that's the case, u may as well be making soup! I think one of the luxuries of cooking manually in comparison to using this machine is that u get to enjoy the juiciness of meat and whole vegetables such as green beans which it seems this thermomixer has trouble axcomodating. I prefer my chicken whole and not shredded to oblivion. It seems I would have to adjust my preferences to the limitations of the machine and if that's the case, I'll pass. 😊
@@sierratango1875 John doe you couldn't be more wrong. Everything is adjustable, you don't have to follow the recipe thoroughly, the seasonings and size of portions is all up to you. I don't know where you got the idea that things don't cook whole in this machine, again one of the downsides of not having someone properly explained it to you. FYI you can steam cook or sauté vegetables whole, chicken can be cooked whole and not shredded, depends on what you want to do. There is nothing you can do by hand that you can't do on this machine.
Hi Charlotte, well done for figuring out how to use the Thermomix on your own. Your lovely smile made this an enjoyable video to watch. However I have to agree with Filipa and Valerie that a Thermomix advisor will be able to show you how to maximise the full usage of Thermomix so you save time and energy while preparing meals. For example, you could steam fish parcels/ ginger, spring onion chicken or BOTH in the Varoma while the rice is cooking making it a "one pot meal". And of course you could do that in the same in the rice cooker as well but the difference is is the dishes require longer cooking time you could remove the basket with rice and extend the cooking time for other dishes. And you also have the flexibility or leave the room and catch up on work or look after your children etc. May I suggest you try making kaya (Malaysian coconut custard jam) next time and let us know what you think ;) I could provide the Thermomix recipe if you need it.
This is a Vorwerk product and I am sure when they make something it's flawless. I am not sure what went wrong in your case but the food cooking quality should be much better than shown in the video. Vorwerk products are the result of long-term research and developments and heavily tested and go through rigorous quality assurance and controls.
What went wrong was she and her crew didn’t show any respect to the people working hard to develop this product by not taking time to learn a bit more before doing a review.
Great review. This machine is meant to replace most tools you have in the kitchen, and that means cooking a lot of simple dishes. It is not a 200 euro machine, but 1200 Euro and it must be mentioned. 90% of people will end up with TM like they do with expensive camera or any other sophisticated machine. Hardly anyone uses even 50% of potential of those things. Just end up using Auto mode. That you can get for fraction of this price
Not relevant - Lots of non-sens and misunderstanding on functions or wording in this review... Nobody is waiting close to the machine doing nothing and getting bored... this is the main point of Tmx : enjoying doing something else while the machine cooks for you!!
I guess if you only use this machine to cook, then you either wait of do something else, which can prolong the cooking time either way. If you are like me, a multi-tasker who do the relevant tasks, say cooking several dishes for dinner, this will not work. Besides, we stir fry a lot of dishes, and have multiple kitchen gadgets already (bread machine, blender, food processor, rice cooker, etc), buying this does not make sense...
Well presented, for sure I'm not going to buy it. It's huge take up a lot of space, it's noisy and it's not made to cook different vegetables in the same dish at the same time... Wet sticky rice no thanks...
Misleading and inaccurate review. You should have conducted a maximize use of this machine review. This should be re-titled as Common mistakes of first time Thermomix users
TECH360.TV you don’t need two thermomix. You could have added the Varoma tray to put on the top in order to keep the rice warm and infuse it with the steam coming out of the curry while the curry is cooking. You clearly haven’t got an idea of how to use that machine and I can see it.
First judging by the cost and size it is not worth at all. This is too big for most kitchens. It wont fit under your top cabinet. Second value X time X work = not worth. Too expensive to save small portion of your time and work. Any product that needs a lot of demonstration means it cannot be sold just by the packaging. Do not waste your money because you will use a couple of times and that's it. Also it is not cleaning save time. You have to do a lot of cleaning with this product. I have a new stove & oven that can save me time and money and it is the same price as this machine.
Paulo Habsburg If my house started burning the first thing after my family I would take out of the house would be my Thermomix. I would have paid more for it that is how much this appliance has saved me time and stress. I love it and use it everyday. I am a working mother with 2 kids.
@ Paulo Habsburg Totally wrong. 1. It does fit under my top cabinet, and there's space to spare. I do drag it out a bit when I want to prepare stuff, though, because I don't want the steam to ruin the top cabinet. Then I push it back when I'm done. 2. It doesn't save a small portion of work. It's motor is stronger than any other chopper blender mixer, it crushes ice, it makes powder out of everything in seconds. Only the weighing function saves me a lot of washing up different measuring containers for the different ingredients. Not to mention pans and such. 3. The cleaning is really minimal. If it's not a super-sticky thing, you just put a few drops of dishwashing liquid and water, and whizz for a couple of seconds. Done. And the frothy liquid can be saved to pour on other dirty dishes as well so you don't waste it. 4. It needs demonstration if people are to use it for more than blender functions. Even a computer needs some instructions, even a smartphone needs instructions if you are to use its full capabilities. 5. It saves lots of time because it doesn't need babysitting. The food won't stick because it is stirred constantly, it won't burn because you forgot it, so you can go take a shower or clean the house or put your feet up and read a book with no worries. It can't function as an oven, and it can't deep fry, so I still do these things with other appliances. Other than that, it does everything. And you can make steamed rice on top of a curry, I don't know why she didn't use the Varoma. It's because she had no experience with it. You're putting it down based on almost zero information, and you diss people who have firsthand information.
WTF is Amelia talking about? No, genius, the InstantPot does NOT do those things. It's a pressure cooker. (well, it can steam too. But then, any pressure cooker can)
As a user I can tell you that this lady doesn't know what she is talking about...Recipe is pre-loaded but you can get thousands more on line and get a device that will load them into the machine. Bet you there's many other cury recipes less watery...Get an independent consultant to show you. This machine really rocks and you can do other things instead of looking at the clock hahahahahah....
Your review was ridiculous, your host had no knowledge of the device whatsoever, if she'd bothered to even read an instruction manual she would have seen that you could view the recipe in full screen to prep the rest of the ingredients. Also no mention of the amazing weight function. And all we heard was complaining about opening the lid? Do you not take the lids off of your pots when cooking? And how can you judge a device's ability to "stir" something if you've only cooked one dish? Ridiculous and completely unfair review.
It is pretty obvious this woman doesn’t have children. Otherwise, she would be running around the house doing other chores. I have had a Thermomix for 2 years now and it has helped my stress levels of being a working mother of 2 go down considerably 😂😂. The Thermomix is not for the gourmet cook. It’s for mothers who wants to cook healthy meals for their families but don’t always find the time and end up buying take out. I ❤️ my Thermomix and wish I had bought one years ago. I would have paid more for it that is how much it has helped me. My husband says it has brought peace into our home😂😂😂
@@HotVoodooWitch Actually I have the previous model, the T31, and I'm not going to change it to the electronic recipe ones. The more electronic the more delicate. The person at the repair shop grudgingly acknowledged it. My mother still has the T21 and I recently parted from the first first model, which is still working perfectly, because a dear friend had given hers to her daughter while moving out, and she was very depressed missing it.
Honestly i think you just have a bad recipe, this is 3 years old after all, when i do the curry it cooks the rice at the same time, that's the point of this insert and nothing is undercooked.
@@TECH360TV It's certainly not for everything. I appreciate most about it that it makes me not order a pizza. Jokes aside though, If you expect it to do everything for you, you're going to be disappointed. But it is VERY useful in a lot of situations. The marketing for this works mainly through mouth to mouth recommendations. i.e. people who payed the price, tested it and are now telling their friends to buy one. That really should tell you all you need to know. It's basically an anti fad.
This is what e machine can do for you! free you up your time and get the work done for you! people are so used to the old ways, time for them to relax and enjoy with this machine invented unless people who cant afford it then there is nothing to talk about :)
Next time maybe read some instructions when you work with a machine that is used by 3 Star chefs. You are like the person who buys a several k camera top of the line and then just wants to push one button without changing settings to take pics like on a phone. You need to learn how to use it to get max benefits and you could have cooked the rice and curry at the same time if you knew how to
Agree. I just bought tm6. As an asian, at first i didnt believe this machine can cook our dishes. I am surprised. It turned out very well. Eventhough i just bought for 8 days, i have cooked and use its function more than 10. Before this, to make bread, i will use bread maker. But with tm6, i dont know why, it takes shorter time to knead and the result is amazing. Im a working mother, only person who always in the kitchen what it takes to prep. Even the price is rm7k in my country, but i think its worth buying because it does things that i hate most such as deseed of dried chillies🤣, peel off peanut skins and many more. If u always in the kitchen, u will maximise its potential
Worst review ever. It's like a guide on what not to do with a Thermomix. I hate cooking but I'm making spectacular Lasagne, Risotto, Awesome perfectly fluffy pancakes, Beef Rendang etc in the Thermomix. The Lasagne especially, perfect Bechemal every time.

@@fritzstewart1569 I had them demonstrate thermomix a while ago and the food was actually disgusting. Not for a person who enjoys fine dining. It does all these dishes, but how well it does them is seriously up for debate...
Worst review. I am disappointed. I am a user. When the machine is doing the cooking, I get to do other things-housework, reading, watching favourite shows... Even if you are a good cook but you do not understand the machine, it won't work well for you.
I thought women could multi tusk? Why didn't you get everything else ready while you waited for the rice. Nothing worse than waiting and watching a jug boil. Just saying
But the sales pitch of this $1400 appliance is that it replaces upwards of a dozen others. If you’re going to go ahead and use those other appliances while waiting for the thermomix to do its thing, there’s no point in having one. Frankly, I don’t see the point in this machine anyway. For that kind of money, it really should perform at a higher level than 7/10.
What's interesting is that you CAN peel garlic in it; there's a video here on RUclips. You give it a few blasts with the blades running in reverse and most of the skins get knocked off. Obviously, you would do this before you actually start cooking.
You do not know how to use a Thermomix unfortunately - if you'd put the machine on reverse speed you wouldn't have had the issue with the shredded chicken for example. Can't believe you complained about taking the lid off - do you never cook meals in a pot with a lid? It is by far the best kitchen appliance on the market and you didn't even bother to review it's ability to weigh your ingredients or the fact that it removes the need for most other gadgets while cooking. Nevermind the electricity you save. If you're considering buying a Thermomix, get a consultant to give you a proper demonstration before you make up your mind, don't watch this review.
@Melanie Cope "if you'd put the machine on reverse speed you wouldn't have had the issue with the shredded chicken". I also thought of that, but it seems that she followed the provided recipe and it didn't instruct to do that. Of course, as you use the Thermomix you learn how to tweak recipes, but she was a complete beginner.
the chicken chopped smaller because she don’t install the butterfly whisk to stop the chopping process / I’m using this thermomix I love it esp if you want to bake cake much easier for preparation

She probably thought that because that's how a Vitamix cooks--high heat due to its extremely fast RPM at highest speed.

@@angelaxiaomei2283 agreed!
I'm pretty sure the definition of ACCESSORY is as follows (taken from a dictionary):
"a thing which can be added to something else in order to make it more useful, versatile, or attractive."
If I am not mistaken, the blade is the core function of the thermomix and without it, the machine is completely useless.
@@TECH360TV you're obviously most likely not an engineer or know much of anything about technology and the design process.

Thank you Alex! :) Keep streaming tech360.tv for more!

Olga Kim you obviously do not cook for a big family in short time. Try it!
I cant troll this because she is too cute. Who feeling the same.

Gives me the young Katie Holmes vibe!
the best kitchen machine I ever bought.
Where did you buy and how much is it?
The Thermomix was invented and is mostly sold in Europe. The company sold more than 3 Million of these machines. Its basically a real hype over there. This machine is no comparison to any other cooking machine. Its basically a modern cooking robot. If one wants to save time and be able to prepare a variety of healthy delicious dishes. The Thermomix is the answer. BTW, the new model is the TM6
Great review! Would like to see more of this style of review.
Thanks! Glad you like it.
There's a reason this product is represented by consultants who show clients how they can take best advantage of the machine instead of trying to decifre what to do on your own. You can look at next steps of recipe and prepare what comes next while it is cooking instead of looking at the clock. Again, a consultant would show you how to maximise the use and shorten the time of the recipe, tell you how to avoid shredded chicken and so on...
how does this machine sautee the vege, seal the chicken, to give more flavor? or you really like ready your chicken boiled in ready-made sauce?
@@stevofoo You CAN sauté meat in it and take it from there to complete cooking. I own one, although I'm a vegetarian and don't eat meat. However, I do sauté vegetables in it and there are recipes that include sautéing meat. In addition, it does the stirring for you AND you can simultaneously steam and cook.
You need to use reverse mode or the butterfly whisk to cook the chicken. This is what happens when you don't have a proper TM6 advisor to assist.
nothing beats the sound of the food splashing in a wok... the wok hei is important. I cannot see in this.
I want one of these. I first saw it in Portugal. There it’s called a Bimby. For 2 people it seems great.

How long to clean this thing ? I am not crazy about babysitting the food
Honestly, the cleaning wasn't that bad. Just the waiting time is a bit...

Hi i need this thermomix but in my country is it really expensive . Where can i find cheaper thermomix please help me please
Some examples:
1- There's no way the Thermomix will take longer to cook the dish than yourself manually, unless it's something really simple, but for that you wouldn't have the need to use it in the first place.
Well said, thank you for giving me a more understanding response, too many negatives me thinks...@@gabiruman

May I suggest you try making kaya (Malaysian coconut custard jam) next time and let us know what you think ;) I could provide the Thermomix recipe if you need it.
she is cute tho
This is a Vorwerk product and I am sure when they make something it's flawless. I am not sure what went wrong in your case but the food cooking quality should be much better than shown in the video. Vorwerk products are the result of long-term research and developments and heavily tested and go through rigorous quality assurance and controls.
It really is well made. It's in a completely different league than Chinese-made appliances.
To avoid just that, you have the representatives, the youtube videos etc. If some people don't do it, it's their choice, of course.
A machine can only be as great as the person using it 😀
Not relevant - Lots of non-sens and misunderstanding on functions or wording in this review... Nobody is waiting close to the machine doing nothing and getting bored... this is the main point of Tmx : enjoying doing something else while the machine cooks for you!!
Im guessing you're old? 😂
No nonsense is this review. I loved the honesty. She listed the pros and cons
completely agreed. "it doesn't tell me the next step" ... as she's tapping her fingers on a cook book. terrible non-sense review.

Yes because we only have 1 thermomix and we can only do 1 thing at a time. It will be nice if we can afford a few. 🤔
It's not all that large. If you can accommodate a multi-cooker, you can accommodate one of these.
@
Paulo Habsburg Totally wrong.

Correct. Don’t watch this review. It only demonstrated a clueless user who didn’t do much research on the product she is reviewing 🤣
