Natural Passive: [Rock Out!]
Ghost-Spider can switch forms between [Heavy Metal] and [New Wave].
Ability 1: [Standard Time: Spider Silk]
Ghost-Spider shoots silk in a specified direction, damaging and slowing enemies hit. This ability deals additional damage depending on the number of [Webweave] marks stacked on the target.
Ability 1: [Double Time: Wicked Web]
Ghost-Spider launches a web in a specified direction, dealing damage to and slowing enemies in its path. Using this skill while airborne launches enemies up.
Ability 2: [New Gwen Swing]
Passive: When using this ability, Ghost-Spider has specific attack rhythms in different modes. At the same time, the Attack Speed boost provided by gear or Power Cores will be converted to Crit Damage while airborne.
Active: Ghost-Spider uses her web to swing with increased Movement Speed and Physical Attack, during which her basic attack damage is reduced but she gains a shield. Rhythmically executing basic attacks will also add a [Webweave] mark to targets and deal extra damage
Ability 2: [Punk Drumroll]
Passive: When using this ability, Ghost-Spider has specific attack rhythms in different modes. At the same time, the Attack Speed boost provided by gear or Power Cores will be converted to Crit Damage while airborne.
Active: Ghost-Spider uses her web to swing with increased Movement Speed and Physical Attack, during which she gains increased basic attack damage, additional range, and Lifesteal. Rhythmically executing basic attacks will increase the damage of her next [Double Time: Wicked Web].
Ability 3: [Beat Switch]
Ghost-Spider's movement speed increases, during which she can switch modes.

The hero is too overpowered, just like hulkbuster, where everyone was abusing his high damage even if they build it tank, also have high regen, and continuous sheild.
This is a big example of P2W.
Gwen have high movement speed, continuous regen and sheild, and its long ranged, kinda annoying.
