Beginner: Captain America, Beast (strongly recommended)
Easy-Medium: Captain Marvel
Hard-Expert: Spider Man (not really recommend unless you know how to perform combo moves for spidey)
others assassin or fighters such as Proxima Midnight, Black Knight, Ghost requires some skills and game experience in order to master them. I would strongly recommended you use Captain america for newbies or new players, then subsequently try out others. Hope this helps.
