I got this Lew's classic combo medium power with 12 lbs monofilament and had the look that only expensive rod. My best looking rod that I've got this year. I would get another at full price point is great for this combo. Gold and black with Cork handle.

I bought this rod like a month ago from Walmart and I have some questions. First the tension control knob is not attached to my rod. I’m not sure if someone stole it in store, but I don’t have anything to use to adjust the tension knob. Another question I have is how do you adjust the line tension? I see people just twist the star on the reel, but mine doesn’t do anything.

If when you spin that it’s not tightening bring it back it should Walmart always has products that are not taken care of properly

What is the max drag on the reel, and max weight the rod can handle because I would like to buy one from Walmart and want to make sure I will get my moneys worth
