Absolutely loved this movie, but Owen saying “Allosaurus?” to the Giga even though he just came face-to-face with an Allosaurus back in Malta always made me chuckle😅
One of the only good part of this movie is this scene. They(Giga and Rexy) have real animalistic behaviour, fighting for food and not killing one of them in the process.
It was absolutely terrible and nothing more than a souless cash grab. Even Goldblumes performance, he played himself instead of Dr. Malcom. We went for a dinosaur epic but we got a movie about locusts instead. Movie got all the hate it deserved pal.
Seeing that Dimetrodon encounter in the mines for the first time in the cinema was proper tense. Even though I could sense the jump scare was coming, I still jumped when the Dimetrodon roared the first time.

The first encounter was realistic and cool, you have to remember Rexy is past her lifespan in this movie, she’s 32, her expected lifespan is 28. And why risk her life over a dead deer when she can get other food. In the final fight, they were forced to fight, but they should have had rexy just beat giga on her own, or have spino come in and team up with Rexy. That would have reunited the split fanbase between Rex fanboys and spino fanboys.
Realistic? I’m not sure. Yes Rexy is older but that’s the only argument in favor of the giganotosaurus. She’s more intelligent with far more experience and far superior eye sight.

It's a silly matchup, anyway. In reality the T. Rex was a heavier and much more powerful animal than the Giganotossaurus. A specimen of T. Rex even larger than Scotty has recently been making news. It's called the E.D. Cope T. Rex and another T. Rex specimen named Bertha which may be even larger is currently under study. Had they actually existed at the same time and place, The T. Rex would very likely have made short work of the Giganotosaurus. Hopefully Gareth Edwards will put a stop to the nerfing of the T. Rex.
I'm more puzzled about why the Dilo just let him do that without a struggle, animals are nearly always stronger than humans, it could've just turned his head at him and spit him in the face 🤔
I really wanted to see the Indominis Rex vs Gigantosaurus since the doctor took the last egg. And they should bring back the Spinosaurus since it’s technically still alive due to it being on another island.
Bite your elbows, chew the earth, people, but in my opinion, Domination is the worst film in the entire history of the franchise. he doesn't deserve that billion dollar fee. Giganotosaurus is terrible in appearance and it does not look like itself. The final fight also sucks. If anyone talks about the battle between blue, rexy and indominus, then the fight there was more thoughtful and did not look as stupid as in domination. The moment with Dimetrodons is not bad, but all animals are scared shitless of fire, but Dimetrodons are not 😒 and it’s strange. And I haven't even touched on the pyroraptor scene, which isn't worth mentioning. I love all the parts except the fallen kingdom and domination, because they are secondary and mediocre.
