The lighting and rendering on the dinos in JP3 was alright, but not amazing, but the reason why the fight holds up so well is because the animation, its heavy and has a lot of weight to it.

Rexy throwing the Raptor into the Skeleton in the first movie was so damn smooth, man. Didn't even stop turning, just continued right into a victory pose. Rexy is a boss.
It certainly has grown on me. I intially despised it. I can still see some flaws, but over time I’ve realized it’s not bad of a film. The wierd thing for me is The Lost World and JP3 have opposite problems. JP3 has a dumb story, but executed it well enough to be entertaining. The Lost World has an arguably better story, it’s just not executed the best. That being said, once you sit through the early stuff and get on the island, it becomes great. JP3 just gets it done and over with quickly. So they’re equally flawed, but I often lean to the Lost World as the better of the two. I’m actually glad a second trilogy happened, for it brought in arguably better sequels for my taste. These days, I personally enjoy every single Jurassic film in its own right, and The Lost World is no exception.

I'm gonna be Honest, The Jw 2015 final fight was scored perfectly in action and music like how it started as cheerful music when rexy arrive to about to lose tragic music to Hero arrive music it's fantastic and they built up indom very well to the point it's death was satisfying
The best fight is Rexy and Blue fighting the I.rex. It's just so awesome how Blue saves Rexy, just for Rexy to get back up and toss the I.rex around like a rag doll.
I like that one too. I did get nervous during Round 1 cause of the Indo' s Reach. In round 2 , she figured out how to get around Indo' s Reach. The final insult was getting grabbed and drowned by a Mosasaurus.

Tbh the end fight between Rexy and Indy (with the raptors of course) is so well put together. You feel the struggle between the two because the fight is alot more fast paced and aggressive compared to the end fight of Rexy vs Giga.
I like all the fight scenes in the movies. If you watch all the fights that Rexy is in it gives you a nostalgic feeling that shows how much she has been through since the first film. She is a special dinosaur.
I love the fact that giga here did nothing wrong but still gets a face full of death in the end. Sure he might have killed rexy then and almost killed her now but tbh I think he did it because he's either pretty territorial or rexy kinda just picked a fight with giga for no reason. You can see when they encounter each other for the deer, giga doesn't actually hurt rexy to much and only bites her snout without to much force so that she could leave.

You know in the Lost World raptor versus Raptor scene, I always thought that they got into an argument as a child. I rewatched this scene as an adult and I realized they were really going at it at each other. You even see one get its throat ripped out and it just lay there afterwards
What I love about Dominion is how Therizinosaurus had the balls and the claws to stand up to Giga and buy enough time for Rexy to recover. And then, when the two finish off Giga, Rexy nudges the body towards Theri as if to say "Here, you deserve it" but then both roar as the victorious duo.
Which was stupid and didnt give a proper final fight. Dominion was garbage and awful and I dont know how you can like that over the original jurassic world fight.

love or hate the movie itself, that final confrontation in the first jurassic world is peak for me. it's long, it's filled with danger as the people try and weave their way through the plaza avoiding giant dino bodies, and it's bloody gorgeous. and, i mean, it's just plain bloody too. i feel like it's the battle we deserve after all of the buildup we went through.
For me Trex vs Spinosaurus is a great fight. While the movie itself (Jurassic Park III) may not be so good, this clash and quickly defeated Trex really drawed a picture how dangerous is the Spinosaurus. But I have to also admit that the final fight from the Jurassic World is the most dramatic one.

The only reason spino won is because he was like "the new hot thing" and in order to promote something you paired with the lastest hot thing, in this case t-rex. @@xGh0st1.not necessarily, when this movie came out, nobody had a real idea of how spinosaurus actually looked like, how it moved, or what it ate. Most of the bones were destroyed during WWII. Even then, paleontology had to work off assumptions. Around the time JP3 was in development, it was accepted that Spino was a large bipedal terrestrial carnivore that had a diet that included fish based on its skull shape and conical teeth similar to a croc. So Hollywood, being Hollywood, rolled with it since it was technically larger than a Trex which had been the flagship of the last 2 movies. It wasn’t until after the movie came out that paleontology started finding more bones and begin reconstructing what spinosaurus more accurately would’ve looked like and fed on. Besides if JP3 took what spinosaurus is depicted as now, it’s skull would’ve broken just trying to twist the neck of the Trex if it got that far. That initial bite from the bull Rex would’ve been enough to crush its neck and severe it from its spinal column.
It's sad that Colin nerfed Rexy and ruined her image as the main face of the franchise. I hope one day they make a movie or a short movie or even an animated thing showing Rexy winning a big battle alone. Big Eatie saved T-Rex reputation, but Rexy deserves something better than what Colin did to her twice.
It's the 'underdog' trope, seen in rocky, Godzilla 2010s, and so on; practically a total ripoff of JW1. It is a movie after all, and honestly a badly written one. Plus i think they wanted to blame the hate of this movie on the "rex fans" as a 'scape goat'. The irony is that if you ask most scientist or expert "who would win in a fight against a tyrannosaurus" (mainly against other large theropods), the answer will be 9/10 be tyrannosaurus. This in the real world includes giganotosaurus, which was at best slightly longer than the largest confirmed tyrannosaurus specimen but noticeably less powerfully built. This and the iconic overpowered jaws of tyrannosaurus meant it would pretty much end matched quickly. BTW JP/JW 'Rexy' is practically blind. Real world tyrannosaurus actually had some of the greatest vision of all non avian dinosaurs. Whereas ironically, giganotosaurus family actually had poor vision and lacked binocular vision; example would be carcharodontosaurus which had very poor vision.

Yes, easily the best fight in the whole series. Drama, high stakes, epic music, an awesome finish, great CGI, and the excellent return of Rexy (the Jurassic equivalent of Optimus Primal to me, which I guess makes the Indominus or the Giga the equivalent of BW Megatron), it has it all. There was no topping that fight, though for my taste closest was Rexy vs Giga.

My favorite moment from the sequel trilogy will always be the Mosa's sneak attack on the Indominus. Mosa was the best dinosaur of all three movies. Also though, 17:25 teamwork makes the dream work. 😂

Rexies problems would've been solved if they had longer arms 😔 but fr the park was my whole childhood growing up. And when spino killed Rexy, well,seems a bit unrealistic but it used what nature gave it,longer arms. These movies were,and still are,my life.
Jurassic World’s final battle will to me always be the best fight in the entire series. So much emotion for one T. rex. A bit weird that Rexy ALMOST dying can make me weep, yet human deaths (with the possible exception of Eddie Carr) don’t do that. Also, if you are watching the films back to back-you would have last seen a Rex die in battle in JP3 (other than that brief scene early in Jurassic World), so seeing Rexy herself return to fight again to me is comparable to Optimus Primal’s return in Beast Wars (I’ve actually imagined Rexy saying “Well that’s just Prime!” when she first roars at the Indominus Rex). This fight scene having that emotional weight alone makes it stand out. Then, the fact that it simply outdid what the other fights did in terms of pacing and stakes. Also, I’m sure I wasn’t the only one that not only almost cried when it looked like Rexy would die, but then was suddenly cheering when she finally got back up and starting ragdolling the Indominus Rex.
Some of the movies may not be the *best ever* but I enjoyed each and every single one! Especially these badass battle scenes! The first one is such a classic! 0:56 NEVER GETS OLD 🥹

i like to just pretend that rexy and blue are somehow genetically modified (wether on purpose or on accident) to having cognitive thought, and being able to identify our protagonists as allies, which makes it much more enjoyable to see her save them constantly from the first jp to dominion and see it as and act of heroism rather than random chance. like the scene where everyone says “oh she outran a trex in high heels” i just like to think that he’s following her instead of chasing her. makes the movies more fun that way
It’s not true, though. One of the OG JP’s and JP2’s goal was to portray dinosaurs as actual animals, not fearsome beasts. That means that their is no good or evil dinosaur (besides artificial dinosaurs) and a dinosaur doesn’t care if you’re a good or bad guy, you’re still a potential threat. love or hate the movie itself, that final confrontation in the first jurassic world is peak for me. it's long, it's filled with danger as the people try and weave their way through the plaza avoiding giant dino bodies, and it's bloody gorgeous. and, i mean, it's just plain bloody too. i feel like it's the battle we deserve after all of the buildup we went through.

For me Trex vs Spinosaurus is a great fight. While the movie itself (Jurassic Park III) may not be so good, this clash and quickly defeated Trex really drawed a picture how dangerous is the Spinosaurus. But I have to also admit that the final fight from the Jurassic World is the most dramatic one.
Spino is dangerous but a Trex would win that fight hands down

The only reason spino won is because he was like "the new hot thing" and in order to promote something you paired with the lastest hot thing, in this case t-rex. I don't mind it as much since Spino is one of my favorite dinosaurs but still.

@@xGh0st1.not necessarily, when this movie came out, nobody had a real idea of how spinosaurus actually looked like, how it moved, or what it ate. Most of the bones were destroyed during WWII. Even then, paleontology had to work off assumptions. Around the time JP3 was in development, it was accepted that Spino was a large bipedal terrestrial carnivore that had a diet that included fish based on its skull shape and conical teeth similar to a croc. So Hollywood, being Hollywood, rolled with it since it was technically larger than a Trex which had been the flagship of the last 2 movies. It wasn’t until after the movie came out that paleontology started finding more bones and begin reconstructing what spinosaurus more accurately would’ve looked like and fed on. Besides if JP3 took what spinosaurus is depicted as now, it’s skull would’ve broken just trying to twist the neck of the Trex if it got that far. That initial bite from the bull Rex would’ve been enough to crush its neck and severe it from its spinal column.
It's sad that Colin nerfed Rexy and ruined her image as the main face of the franchise. I hope one day they make a movie or a short movie or even an animated thing showing Rexy winning a big battle alone. Big Eatie saved T-Rex reputation, but Rexy deserves something better than what Colin did to her twice.

Well, Rexy was born in 1988, so she's pretty old by now.
T. rex wasn't an invincible engine of devastation, it was an animal like any other.
It's the 'underdog' trope, seen in rocky, Godzilla 2010s, and so on; practically a total ripoff of JW1. It is a movie after all, and honestly a badly written one. Plus i think they wanted to blame the hate of this movie on the "rex fans" as a 'scape goat'.
The irony is that if you ask most scientist or expert "who would win in a fight against a tyrannosaurus" (mainly against other large theropods), the answer will be 9/10 be tyrannosaurus. This in the real world includes giganotosaurus, which was at best slightly longer than the largest confirmed tyrannosaurus specimen but noticeably less powerfully built. This and the iconic overpowered jaws of tyrannosaurus meant it would pretty much end matched quickly.
BTW JP/JW 'Rexy' is practically blind. Real world tyrannosaurus actually had some of the greatest vision of all non avian dinosaurs. Whereas ironically, giganotosaurus family actually had poor vision and lacked binocular vision; example would be carcharodontosaurus which had very poor vision.

Yes, easily the best fight in the whole series. Drama, high stakes, epic music, an awesome finish, great CGI, and the excellent return of Rexy (the Jurassic equivalent of Optimus Primal to me, which I guess makes the Indominus or the Giga the equivalent of BW Megatron), it has it all. There was no topping that fight, though for my taste closest was Rexy vs Giga.

Jurassic World’s final battle will to me always be the best fight in the entire series. So much emotion for one T. rex. A bit weird that Rexy ALMOST dying can make me weep, yet human deaths (with the possible exception of Eddie Carr) don’t do that. Also, if you are watching the films back to back-you would have last seen a Rex die in battle in JP3 (other than that brief scene early in Jurassic World), so seeing Rexy herself return to fight again to me is comparable to Optimus Primal’s return in Beast Wars (I’ve actually imagined Rexy saying “Well that’s just Prime!” when she first roars at the Indominus Rex). This fight scene having that emotional weight alone makes it stand out. Then, the fact that it simply outdid what the other fights did in terms of pacing and stakes. Also, I’m sure I wasn’t the only one that not only almost cried when it looked like Rexy would die, but then was suddenly cheering when she finally got back up and starting ragdolling the Indominus Rex.
Some of the movies may not be the *best ever* but I enjoyed each and every single one! Especially these badass battle scenes! The first one is such a classic! 0:56 NEVER GETS OLD 🥹

i like to just pretend that rexy and blue are somehow genetically modified (wether on purpose or on accident) to having cognitive thought, and being able to identify our protagonists as allies, which makes it much more enjoyable to see her save them constantly from the first jp to dominion and see it as and act of heroism rather than random chance. like the scene where everyone says “oh she outran a trex in high heels” i just like to think that he’s following her instead of chasing her. makes the movies more fun that way

It’s not true, though. One of the OG JP’s and JP2’s goal was to portray dinosaurs as actual animals, not fearsome beasts. That means that their is no good or evil dinosaur (besides artificial dinosaurs) and a dinosaur doesn’t care if you’re a good or bad guy, you’re still a potential threat.
