@FC Bayern Munchen--I agree with you about WPC--it's a fabulous REIT and is growing both its assets and dividend at a robust rate. Plus, WPC has increased its dividend every year since it went public some 25 years ago. I have been long WPC for several years now. Same with O. PLD has always seemed pricey to me and the dividend yield is just too low for me.
Have owned O and WPC for a couple of years now. WPC is my favorite. Another REIT you should look at is GLPI which I have owned for over 2 years as well. Thanks!

I have owned O Realty Income since 1997 & have never sold. Dca in every month. Solid reit & stable in every way. Will fund a good amount of income when I retire in 5 years. Also own bdc Main Street Capital (MAIN)...Another great one for income & capital appreciation. Love to see a video on Main.

Long time holder of WPC & O. Like triple net & rent tied to CPI. Both have stood the test of time , good times & bad
Great Choices! I own 2 of the 3. Cant go wrong with O Reality and i also own Pld. WPC has been on my watchlist forever but i own 5 reits total so i havent pulled the trigger yet. The 2 listed above along with ntst, dlr and stag. All in my roth

I own WP Carey (small position) and O as my biggest postion currently.
Also like Vici (stable and nice div growth), CCI ( little bit of headwind right now but there's a lot of upside in the future) and EPR (more risk but more growth opportunities and a high yield)

I got 4: Prologis, Realty Income, American Tower & VICI Proberties
I like Realty Income for the monthly dividends and the fact that they are a dividend aristocrat. There's something exciting about getting those monthly dividends. And I like that it is increased quarterly, in addition to annually. And their aristocrat status is very reassuring. But I'm also interested in Prologis after watching this video.

@@d.nikov.7 The dividend is paid throughout the year. Most stocks are quarterly, some are monthly.
i dont think its a good moment to buy REITs. Im gonna wait because i think a big drop in price is coming this year.
WPC is down over 14% over the past year, not 2%. It is down 10% in the past month.

My son in law just inherited a variable annuity and of course because it has appreciated greatly before he inherited it, it has a very low cost basis- if he withdrawal money from it would be taxed a relatively high rate. Would investing in REITS while the funds are still in the annuity be an option to consider? I bought a position in PLD today after doing more research based on your thoughtful analysis.
I sold half my position in O and got NTST.

I have been managing real estate for 16 years. It's not an easy job. It's much better to invest into real estate ETFs than dealing with multitude of issues.
