A really good combo would be Hallowed helm and Harvest trophy since the Harvest Trophy is a weapon not armor and hallowed helm is an armor you can regen an insane amount of hp while gathering pumpkins by purposely taking damage and then unleashing them all I dunno this might not work bc I just thought of it :P
maybe if you replace midas crown with spancer blessing and insanity with mj soul but theres still insta-kill attacks like eternal blaster and forcefield bypassing attacks like terror walls from hallwoed lord, all the attacks from dummy's final revenge, etc
Btw, harvest trophy only breaks if you unequip it, similar to how ultra ugly and rancer souls originally worked. You can fix it by requipping it in menu
