I hate to split hairs, but I definitely recommend disengaging the parking brake before putting it into gear. I'm sure we've all accidentally let the clutch out in gear when we thought it was in neutral.. I really don't want to find out what happens when you pop the clutch on a tractor when the parking brake is set. Overall very good demonstration though. I feel like even if I never drove a tractor before, I definitely could at least move it around safely after watching this.
i have a new holland t5060 and I cant really get the hang of things to drive it. so i was wondering if you could make a video on how to operate one. it would really help me out thanks love your vids btw
On my Mahindra, only the shuttle shifter needs to be in neutral prior to stopping/dismounting. I'm surprised that NH tractors require the gear and range shifters to also be in neutral.

I KNOW U RATHER TAKE THE TRACTOR IN TO PUT LIGHTS ON. BUT I RATHER DO IT MYSELF. THAT BEING SAID A COUPLE OF Q'S. 1) HOW DO U TAKE OFF THE COVER UNDERNEIGHTH THE INSTRAMENT PANEL. BECAUSE I WANT TO PUT ON A LIGHTBAR ON THE TIP BAR AND RUN THE WIRES UNDERNEIGHTH TO THE FUSE BOX. 2) WHAT KIND OF LED LIGHTS R GOOD FOR THE FRONT HEADLIGHTS. 3) TKS FOR UR HELP
I miss the old work aster and tn series tractors I'm sure the new ones are great but their four is a pain and not having a stack makes it feel less like a tractor
+Darris Turbyfill not correct. The Work Masters vary by model, but its either Italy or Turkey for the utility class machines. There are workmaster compacts as well, these come from South Korea. CNH Global has 22 factories. It is pretty hard to keep track.
They are really nice units Messick. New Holland really has a great utility tractor in this series. I looked at other tractors and the Workmaster offers great value and performance. Thank you for your videos. They are very informative. You guys do a great job in the parts department. I've bought from you and will continue to do so in the future. I don't have a good Woods dealer that stocks parts close by anymore.

Thank you. that is everything I was looking for in one video. I knew the Holland was a little different than the Deere I was taught on

With shuttle shift on my John Deere and Kubota you don’t have to press the clutch to shift the shuttle
That's awesome, I want that too!
@@Lagggerengineering what happens if you turn off the tractor and leave it in forward
@@KevinLyons-gn7eu Good question, @asabryan579 do you know?
what's the difference with the workmaster 55 cab model where you have to wait with the key on until the guages reset before actually starting it?
Great video sir

sideskraft only the H/L range needs to be in neutral to jump off and it stay running.
Its a drinking game to have a shot every time he says tractor but ull be black out drunk before the video ends
How do you open the hood and where is the serial number on a 2008, t2320?
Often the shuttle shifter is sticky moving into position. Any tips to make it smoother?
My Mahindra 2540 is also sticky sometimes -- I think it's normal for this design.
Where can I buy one of the canopies that's on the tractor with loader. I have a 2016 WM 60

Oh so its just a regular tractor, The best trans for a heavy machine.
my 2006 New Holland only has low and high shift lever. How do I get all 12 forward and reverse gears?
Different models have different transmissions
@@MessicksEquip mine is a 2006 TC40D
That's a 2x4. 8 speeds
@@MessicksEquip I still don't understand how to get 8 speeds out of 2 forward and 2 reverse. Thanks for any help
Roger Hale you have a 4 speed transmission and high/low range. That’s 8 gears. Shuttle give you all that frontwards and backwards. 8x8
Nice tactor sir

Compare the workmaster 70 vs 75… what is the difference? On paper the 70 looks better then the 75…. Open station

I stand corrected. Like I said, with 22 global factories its near impossible to keep track of every model. Its not even consistant within a series.

Can you get an optional good looking hood?
We're now going to ask wheres Neil????
My workmaster 55 grinds when I shift
Not all the gears are synchronized. You need to stop and shift.
Messick's I won’t take off in 4 it stalls out
Not 100% sure, but many tractors like that are sync in 3-4, not 1-2
Messick's ok thanks its a 2016 new holland workmaster 55
