  • When shopping for tractors one of the most important options to consider is which transmission to choose. There are two basic types transmissions which is hydrostat or mechanical with of few variations of each to consider. There are benefits to each option and to know what is the right decision really depends on application and preference. Call or text us at 903-270-0877 and we'd be happy to discuss your options.

all good points. I have had gear and hat. If your bush hogging especially backing up into brush, HST is a game changer. If all you do is mow fields then gear with shuttle is better in my view

The most important thing about Tractors is the TRANSMISSION. It is good to have the "Option" of multiple transmission types. A very fine demonstration ( of words), in the Definitions of the Options. Really would like to see a "Side by side" Running comparison of the same tractors in ACTION. Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio. Best wishes with all your endeavours.

I prefer mechanical but I do loader work so the 1800m series is the best of both worlds.

You are correct there is a noticeable difference in overall power. The trade-off being that a hydrostat is much more user-friendly and simpler.
