p.s I made this video because i'm also that kind of person who goes to youtube and search "Study vlog" to motivate myself to study. hahahah. I rarely see anyone who does ACCA that has a study vlog so I posted this in hopes that any ACCA student out there who needs motivation in getting that flat 50% will get motivated by this video. 😂 You got this! It'll be worth it.

I was like "Omg that one subscriber who's waiting for an ACCA video better watch this 😖" HAHAHAHAH Thank you!!! and omg I didn't know you were just starting! But goodluck to you! You got this! ACCA is manageable if you're eager to finish it. hehe

Initially, I discovered your channel when I was searching for some ACCA stuff. I am also starting my ACCA journey very soon. AND I would be pleased getting some tips from you( It can be anything regarding ACCA ).🧡🧡🧡💋
Hi! Just found your channel and so glad, ACCA represent!! I am just starting out my P levels, I am finding it incredibly hard to manage it with my work at public accounting since my hours have gotten longer, and I'm someone who likes to focus at one thing at a time. Although I try making time to study for 2-3 hours a day and more hours over the weekend, I still can't seem to remember as much until the holidays I take before the exam. Since the P levels can be overwhelming to cover , could you please give some tips on how to crack these P levels and the amount of time you've take for each paper. Thank you!
Hey! thanks for your comment. And goodluck! I'll try to make a video about this ☺️ but if you do have a question, you can dm me on IG! will be glad to give tips on how I covered mine. x
Probably a stupid question but how do you study for ACCA? If you have any tips for those that are relying on online classes/self-studying, I'll really appreciate it!!
Not a stupid question! hehe well for me, I start studying a paper 1.5 months in advance before the exam date. I make sure I go through the Study text (Mine's Kaplan), online lectures, revision kit and past paper exams before the exam day. I know this might be lengthy but we all know ACCA is tough. You have to be prepared for whatever the examiner's going to throw at you hahaha Obviously, to be able to attempt atleast half of an exam standard question, you gotta know what you're being asked. Always always go through your study text first. You don't gotta memorize, you have to learn it. I do this and make sure that the whole study text, cover to cover, is done.. THEN you attempt an exam standard question. Now when you do this, it's tough. The question is much harder compared to the questions in your text book. Attempt it then look at the answers and learn how the marking team had done it. Their answers are HUGE tho so make sure you know how to highlight the important stuff that will get you a mark in the exam. If you don't have a study text or not attending any classes, I recommend watching lectures from Opentuition, they offer free study materials for ACCA student. I have been using their materials since I started ACCA. :-) with the revision kits tho, you really do have to get yourself one.. You learn more from the revision kit compared to the text book itself.. Now for my routine, I make sure I study more in the morning.. My brain works better in the morning and I get to memorize and learn stuff easier. Make sure you're not stressed when you're studying! Goodluck! I hope this helps & you pass! ♡
I make notes only for proformas, working papers & terminologies that I want to memorize.. You don'y have to make a full notes on every chapter. I find it easier to study when everything is summarized by making notes of important things for example the NPV proforma for investment appraisal where only few things changes depending on the scenario or Consolidation - Net asset of sub working. Make legends of your highlighters as well (i.e yellow for important, blue for to memorize, pink for to read again) or by putting Asterisk *.
I use Mac Os duting my F levels because I ddin't need excel much. Windows for p papers. But doesn't make much of a difference, depends on your preference!
Hey i just started acca its been a month almost and my papers will be next month i am super nervous and its hard who says first papers r easy its diffcult to learn so fast like 25 chapters in just 2 months what .!! I hope i complete them in first try😭🙏
On weekdays after work, I study for about 3 hours. On weekends, I study from 8 am till 4 pm but there are breaks in between of course. This may seem a lot but I do this a month before the exam dates so I know I'm prepared. Hope this helps! Goodluck!
F1-F4 are the 4 papers def manageable especially if you did a foundation in accounting. Anws, it's revolves mostly around basic things you need to know o comfortable move on to the other papers which are so much more challenging. I suggest you practice a lot of questions and make sure you go through all the sections/topics of each course because you never really know what will come up in the exam. But as long as you're practicing a lot of questions, you should be able to pass it.
I dont do in a University. Universities here in Dubai makes ACCA a lot harder because they dont really focus on teaching the students how to achieve that passing mark but rather I feel like they teach for the sake of teaching Lol. I study in Phoenix Financial Training. They're amazing. Platinum service provider as well & I also was employed through them.
@@vh2906 They are flexible with timings and offer daytime, night time and weekend classes.. Im a working student so I either take weekends or night classes.. the costs depends on which paper you are taking.
