I have a mz300, was wondering when you took off the head, does that have a head gasket? Not sure about small motors I was also looking at predator swapping since my motor needs parts but i see that on my 145 miller its has a tapered shaft
It had a head gasket. I just made sure to reinstall the same direction and torqued to Yamaha specs. Just used it the other day running my welder for fixing my gate at the road and worked great.
@@AutomedicGarage thanks! Imma try that Any luck on changing motors? From tapered shaft to 1" solid shaft? Or would I need to change the crank shaft for that?
@@frankflores2210 I couldn’t answer that one, I’m not much up on small engine jazz unless it’s a side by side, atv or motorcycle I’m so busy at my shop that I send my own small engine stuff to a friend who does top notch small engine work. Sorry I can’t be more help.
I have a rigid zero gravity with that same engine in it. It's a great little engine. I can't believe how small the gas tank is on yours though. How many hours of run time are you getting before you have to fill it up? I think mine is 5 to 6 gallons and I run between 10 to 12 hours depending on the load. I just had mine out for hurricane Ian and started it up without checking the filter. She ate damn near the whole thing. But she is still running!
Excelente. Gracias por compartir.
Im picking one up tomorrow MZ300 can’t wait to work on it, Ialso have a 1984 YS828T snowblower it’s a tank!
@@eddielicona2083 been a great generator for me. Will run the entire shop including the lift when we have the power out.
Good scores are great when you know what to do!
It’s been a great generator. Used it last winter when we lost power for almost a week. Thanks for watching.
Helô Brazil..... Como conseguir essa chave que você tá usando? Comprou em qual site?

I’ve honestly not run it that much. It’s more just sitting in the shop as a precaution. Thanks for watching.
