This song is tear-worthy, and not just because of the sentiments of the lyrics or melody. Miku's dedication to her dream and the work that she had to put in to get to the point of being able to perform this song is monumental and praiseworthy. And to see/hear her do it so well is super inspirational.
It’s their 2021 Christmas concert. It was a precious oasis of joy and optimism during dark days. The stream was available for 30 days following December 24. We’re still waiting for them to release the whole thing in any format.
CATHARSIS and SAYONAKIDORI were the two standouts In terms of successfully transforming the original song into something that stands on its own, whiteout reference to the original. .
The whole show is on band-maid prime, as well as their commentary (w/subtitles).
Not really much more to say about *BAND-MAID* they are just incredible in whatever they do 🤗

Christmas show , the day the maids became jedis
This acoustic concert was an eye opener. Amazed at their ability to rewrite some of the songs. Showed that Saiki is a very good singer, The acoustic set-up gave her voice room. Reinforced the idea that Band Maid can do what ever they put their minds to.
Did you notice Akane on backing vocals? This concert was awesome, every member sang at some point.

Best Christmas day present I have ever had.
Thank you for your thoughts of my favorite Band-Maid song. Miku has said that she was nervous before this. She doesn't look like her confident self, and that makes it even better.

from JAPAN. Wow! Thank you for your reaction to this song. I love every member of the band, and there is no other band that I have loved so much through both men and women. (The Beatles are an exception) Unfortunately, MIKU is underrated. Compared to KANAMI and SAIKI, there may be some things that are may feel that you are missing something. . , but when I think of the effort she has put in to get to this point, I'm sincerely impressed. MIKU is MIKU and has her own unique charm. She is, in my opinion, the most adorable rock star. Again, thank you for your reaction.
This beautiful acoustic version of "Sayonkidori" is right down Miku's vocal alley. It's musically well backed by MISA's bass and Akane's subdued drumming (plus Akane's backing vocals). It is, by far, one of my favorite Miku song.
Miku is Amazing , This was an online Christmas day Concert from 2021 , yhey took 14 of there songs and rearranged them for accustic versions , all different set ups from all 5 playing or 3 or 2 .
What do I think? It's touching, they're great. They can do all that crazy technical stuff, but they don't even need it to work their magic.

Band-Maid's rhythm section kills it! If you could learn and play MISA's bass work through this single song, you could probably play bass on over 90% of all music.

First, Miku is singing the lyrics She Wrote.
Miku worked multiple jobs to pay for her vocal lessons before she formed Band Maid.
Miku also did about 96% of the arraignment for this song. She only got help from Kanami a couple of times.
One last thing, Band Maid has no fear, Hugely talented, in sync with each other, and confident personally and with each other.
What do I think? When three fifths of a band sound as good or better that most full member bands, your seeing and listening to something special!

As they say, 3/5 of Band-Maid are better than 99% of other bands. The funny thing about this song is that the full electric version of it is one of their hardest-charging songs.
They didn't have to do this Christmas concert but they did. During some of the lonliest and darkest days of my life I watched this concert due to the generosity of a friend. I am not exaggerating when I say it was a peak musical experience for me. What a band! I will always be grateful to BandMaid for the joy they bring!
