Was lucky to be in the audience. One of the greatest concerts I’ve ever witnessed! Still riding high, thanks for putting it online!

I was there as well. It was both rapturous and riveting. He manages to fully understand and exploit the excellent (but not unforgiving) acoustics of Carnegie Hall. I loved how the orchestra refused to stand when he came out the last time, stomping their feet and making him take a solo bow.

What an awesome performance by the orchestra! Klaus’ enthusiasm, and sheer joy for the music to be experienced as the composer intended was exhilarating to hear and to see! Bravo!

Having watched him and his orchestras only over a few months, just on video...I believe his sheer enjoyment and devotion must be literally contagious live. Sure I'd love to see a live performance, and am thrilled for whoever does - but I'm grateful to see what comes up at RUclips. Thank you for this.
