- four friends, a car, and the Upper Peninsula-this trip wasn’t about plans or schedules, just living in the moment. We camped, cliff-jumped, and explored places that felt like they were straight out of a movie. It’s crazy to think these are the days we’ll look back on and call the “good old days,” but right now, we’re just out here making it happen.

6:17 “...We are always running for the thrill of it, thrill of it,
Always pushing up the hill searching for the thrill of it,
On and on and on, we are calling out and out again,
Never looking down, I'm just in awe of what's in front of me...”
Pretty much sums up the life & times that you so perfectly capture in these great little films of yours 👍
thanks so much

Your videos have a great vibe. They are cinematic but extremely warm, friendly and inviting. You have a great group of friends to live these phenomenal moments. Simple, straightforward and inspiring. Thanks for sharing them.

Hey I really love these videos, the style, the music, and the message in general. I've been wanting to make my own vlogs for some time now or a digital diary of some sorts and this is the exact sort of thing I wanna do. Is there any advice you have?

Does you neck chain feature Africa? Is there a back story? ("Yo!" from Africa!)
yes actually! Africa is my home, i grew up in west africa up until the age of 12.
@@ellisondueck Wow! West Africa is hard core! Amazing! I'm in Cape Town. You'd love it with all the outdoor stuff and Table Mountain.
@ i would love to visit someday!

I love your style, but sometimes I feel I need a bit more context, just to let me know where we're at.
definitely heard!!
@@ellisondueck I really love your style and you get really strong shots, it's like you know exactly when to pick up the camera and know what's needed to make a shot. Just a few markers along the way would help connect things (for me). It's day 1, we're off to the beach, we're now in this area. Or things like, we're hanging out. I just woke up. BTW the edit with your feet walking in 3 locations was genius in the context you used it. :)
@@MrDominicBrant thank you so much i love comments like these
@@ellisondueck believe me, it's easy to feedback when someone is essentially really, really good lol
that means the world! thanks for the wise words
