Have any idea what’s wrong with mine? My vax works fine but it continually sprays out water (when powered on) from the bottom when it’s not meant to spray yet, second main body I have had that had done the same thing! Any suggestions I could try! Thanks
Hiya, have one of these, not opened it up yet to have a look but it's not sucking up water very well. Seems to only be taking back up about half of what it is putting down, any ideas?
@@green-crocs-fixes1520 Hiya, I had cleaned all the waste bin as much as I could ( so many inaccessible corners in that thing), the filter is clean. Might have to get the screwies out and see if I can see anything inside. Check all the unions and pipes for air leaks. With how old it is It's prob due a stripdown anyway. Need to get hold of a new hose and tool set as I'm buggered if I know where they have disappeared to.
I have the Rapide Ultra 2, and mines works for about 20 seconds then the vacuum sound changes and no suction is happening. While its still on a I release the dirty water tank and there is plenty of suction but not when I fit back the dirty water tank. Its clean so no idea what's going on here. It looks like a safety is kicking in.
@@green-crocs-fixes1520 found the problem, there is a flip board in the dirty water tank, that the suction is pulling and closing the safety valve. Dreadful design and noting I can do about it.
Hi Ann, if you are referring to the Valve under the cleaning solution tank the you nmay be able to purchase a used one from eBay, make sure seal in included though. Regards.
Hi Kamal, Maybe an issue with the Valve at the bottom of the cleaning fluid tank, or the fluid release valve inside of the unit or even a blockage or kink in one of the fluid pipes. Try eliminating all of these Kamal.

there is a removable filter at the top of the Waste Collection bin which may require washing out.

there is a flat Filter which slots into the Tank, I thinks it’s to avoid overfill. Maybe this requires cleaning.

Hi I tried getting the valve out and it just wouldn't budge. Ended up breaking the black rubber seal. Can you buy replacement ones please?

I think the problem may lay with the white Valve ( 2:32 ) inside blocked or sticking in the open position.
