I rly want to work for Nothing as a Design Engineer, how did you find it?
I hope Dot Matrix for fonts/text/menu isn't totally removed. It makes NOTHING's UI stand out, rather than looking like any other brands' menu interface.
At least make it selectable if after updating to OS3.0 , but users prefer the old Dot Matrix font can change it back like under Display > Fonts > Dot Matrix.

Nothing is becoming the new OnePlus. I like the way they recognised the issues that the community is facing and addressed the same.
But they should not become the oneplus we have now.
I might be completely misremembering this but I think I heard on the *Inside the Ecosystem* podcast that Nothing was created by some previously OnePlus employees. That would explain their similar values.

Dot matrix is Nothing's identity. If its a readibility issue, at least let us have the option to toggle. Cuz some people might/will trade some minor reading inconveniences for bettter designn consistency.

Music widget on AOD would be a huge game changer
As a nothing phone user, I really love the N-Dot style text in Nothing OS. I like the improvement in Nothing OS 3.0, but can we have an option to keep N-Dot style like Nothing OS 1 and 2 🙏
I know it's all marketing, but it's really refreshing how open and frank this style of product announcement is. Carl talking about using the products and aspects he doesn't like, you get a real insight into the design process, there's a real focus on flexibility and usability rather than just slogans and fluff - other tech companies should take note.
Please keep N dot font option. It's unique.
I prefer the new font. While N dot looked nice it wasn't really scalable. Anything other than letters looked weird because not enough dots to represent the symbol

An issue many of us might dislike is with the lock screen, you can double tap to turn the screen on to check the time of lock screen notifications, but can't double tap to turn it OFF. NOTHING!! please fix this!
This brand is promising since their launch, cant wait for nothing 3 with nothing 3.0 os, will get it next year, dont keep us waiting Nothing!!
Apple's airpod 4: along with music could be used as an ear aid.
Nothing ear open: it is an ear aid but could be used to listen music.
The Apple Airpods 4 cannot be used as a hearing aid, only the $250 USD Airpods Pro 2's

Majority of IEMs use it for a good reason, and TWS get to balance the battery weight better, while not straining your ear canal with all the weight, especially ear (open), which doesn't even touch it.
If you have stigma around hearing aids, then I'm sorry for you.
Treat your hearing well, so that it can last as long as possible naturally, and treat people who lost some ability to hear with dignity.
I wasn't too happy about the ear (open) but as soon as I looked at the Nothing OS 3.0 highlights. I'm in love. They nailed the OS Update.

I love 99% of the changes in NOS 3. But The dot matrix font ~must~ stay. As you've mentioned, it's such an iconic staple of the Nothing brand, it simply has to stay. The Serif is a huge departure, and not the kind of design that made me buy into your brand :(

Noooo the N-dot font was so nice and distinct, giving everything so much character. Please keep it for titles everywhere in the OS, or at least have customisation options that'll let us put it back

I acually prefer the design of the NOS 2.6, hope we get the option to keep it. The dot font is what gives the OS character, I wish there was an option to make more UI elements use it. Other than that I can't wait for NOS 3.0.

i really enjoy the phone (2) that I've had for ~10 months now, but i'd love the option for something a tad bit smaller. i know the industry is moving towards larger screens, but if the phone (3) is even bigger than the (2) i'm gonna have to think twice about upgrading
1) Add the recycle bin/trash and secret vault option in the gallery app, which can be protected with fingerprint scanner
2) Add the ability to permanently delete the photos or to send them to recycle bin / trash

I find myself using transparency mode a lot more than active noise cancelling when using earbuds. Earbuds designed around being open is exactly what I need! although that case looks ginormous.

I like the dots design more than the the present font. I just feel that it gives a unique identity to nothing and it looks super cool.
This was so refreshing to watch. Breaking out of the box we have been stuck in. The share widgets feature can come in very handy as an accountability partner tool. Many people need that person or persons to keep them accountable especially when trying to replace negative habits with positive ones. I love it. Thank you Nothing! 🤝

I just use a auto brightness tile in my nothing phone 1, i installed a app from Play store - Just search auto brightness!! [You get a tile in quick settings - just like a normal tile]

It also has low heat capacity, so it heats quickly and cools quickly. Incredibly lightweight too. Strength/weight ratio is also very high.

It's been 2 years I'm with Nothing Phone 1. This is the best experience ever. Before this I used Xiaomi devices (Mi 3, Mi 9 SE, Poco F3) now Nothing Phone 1. Tbh, Why i chose Nothing devices because of their Design and Software design. It's so different and unique. Now i just bought Nothing Ear (A) it was so good.. again i bought mainly because of the design, software and cheapest among their tws line up haha 😂

Camera is decent of its price, the new HDR photos update is nice.

1:34 EXACTLY! I was waiting for someone to realise that the way Noise cancelling works, you can LITERALLY use it to create 'silence' zones and silence machines that radiate out 'silence' waves. They've done it to reduce leakage(hopefully there is an option to turn it off if you want more Battery Life)

Just got mine, have to say: I really love the audio and bass!
That it doesn't have ANC is not a dealbreaker for me personally (I always turn ANC off with my Galaxy Buds Live).

I love it. As someone who has an ear problem and does not want earbuds that actually go all the way inside, this is amazing.
Headphones was a no go as well because it gets sweaty after a while so this is really something.
I got my hands on the phone 2a.. its such a beautiful device.. the Nothing OS UX was sooo smoooth
ear(open) look great but I wonder how comfortable they are for people wearing glasses?
I hope they add some features or at least update the apps with regards to the glyph. As here in the Philippines, we can't maximize the glyph as the apps like Grab, Foodpanda, and others are not available in the glyph.
I understand that, but they can't do anything about that, those companies, (my sinta is pinay) have to also co-operate with the Nothing Team to allow it, like how Zomato in India did, Uber too.

These remind me of the Samsung Galaxy Live (Dubbed the "Bean") earbuds. They fit over the ear, but the speakers sat over the canal. I still have them and love that I could hear well, while also still being able to hear around me.
Already pre-ordered these bad boys!

I need 2 more things. 1st- It would be great if I could select whether the lock screen widgets should appear on the Always On Display or not. And 2nd- There needs to be some transparency in the UI. (Like in iPhone and Redmi phones, the background of the control panel and other things is blurry transparent)
