Alex achieved a First Class Degree in BA (Hons) Special Educational Needs & Disability Studies at the University of Suffolk, additionally winning Dissertation of the Year Award 2018 for her research titled "The L Word: An exploration into the perspectives of young men with Down's Syndrome on love."
