Delhi poorly prepared for heatwaves

Delhi, which has been reeling under an unprecedented heatwave, for
over two months, has seen a record number of deaths as the city
authorities and health officials have struggled to keep pace with the
rising death toll. Activists say that there are few facilities for the most
vulnerable sections of people, notably the daily wage workers.
Families of the victims also complain of poor infrastructure and a
lack of compassion, as Dheeraj Singh reports.
