@Dannishodongo, you didnt mention to Waithaka that "Simba" in most cases is the initial house before you build now the permanent house for your family - "Goyo/Golo dala"... 😂. 2.5M for a Simba is a lot.. I know people spend even more. Wee cultures can be a burden 🤭
