He Buys a 200-m2 Dim and Dilapidated House and Turns It into a Totally Different Place

- In the core area of the old town Shaoxing in Zhejiang, local people lead a traditional life and live beside water. But most of the dwellings are dim and closed. In 2019, Qiu Zhefeng, a Zhejiang man, bought a dilapidated house near a river and invited Wang Bin, his architect friend, to do the renovation. Wang Bin created a new space in the old house, combining modern and traditional elements. Yit visited Shaoxing to experience the autumn vibe in the Jiangnan area.
他買下200㎡昏暗危房，曾被吐槽廉價，完工後別有洞天
在浙江紹興古城的核心區，當地人持續着傳統的生活方式，枕水而居，但大多民居內部，已顯得昏暗、閉塞。2019年，浙江人裘浙鋒，買下擠在河道邊的一個危舊民房，邀請建築師好友王斌來做設計。王斌使用了一種「金蟬脫殼」的方式，嚴格依照老房子的輪廓線，貼着老牆「變」出一個新空間。一条來到了紹興，體驗了水鄉宅子裡溫暖的秋日光影。

May I suggest that instead of "resting place", perhaps you'd consider using "relaxation space".
"Resting place" is euphemism for a grave.

这一栋是真的棒
我想说，这房子不是用来住的吧，空间尺度感是打开了，但空间功能上却丧失动、静/开放与私密的区割！更像是一个工作室，一个属于一个人的工作室；亦或画廊艺术美术馆；开放式酒会租赁场馆！
人家明显是一个人用这么一个空间的，无所谓什么分割的。。。

What a re-imagination of old architecture using modern design!
看了好幾集，發覺這些房子的窗子都沒有紗窗，真的都沒蚊子嗎？
真要說只有一個缺點：不是木構建築而是水泥。那對環境的危害較大的同時還增加了工期和成本。
水泥是可回收资源，如果全木势必更多钢结构，水泥其实是一种相对非常环保经济和易用的建筑材料
这房子设计理念很赞，但采光太糟糕了吧。。。。。。
好讓人嚮往的生活與美屋
墙面不就和木心美术馆一样咯
聽到工人說紅缸磚很廉價? 我笑了，會有這想法，果然就只能當工人

红砖的妙用，它同房子的风格色彩很溶合。
看到幾條大鋸子
這間房子的空間設計好有問題，有暗暗的角落和極不方便的廚房使用設計，有鎖起來窒息的感覺 !
工作室
60块钱一平方的- -砖 不算廉价了
在这么拥挤的环境里，为什么把房顶建得比邻居明显高一截？挡了有些邻居的光线，有点为富不仁
不错，很时尚，但是和古城的环境极不和谐。
