    First off, thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. I've watched all 3 parts, and they have been nothing less than super educational. I am a business owner/pilot/veteran in Southern California, and lately I've been shopping around lately for a private aircraft to use for business. I think you just sold me on the Honda Jet as the plane that would be best for me. Now, I just can't wait to take one for a spin and see it for myself. Again, thank you for the lessons and I hope to see you in the skies sometime soon.

    Thanks for all the great information on the HJet. I have been following its development from the first announcements and live in NC not to far from the factory. Your videos are the first time I have seen what they are like to fly. As someone who got his license in 1983 and an instrument rating before GPS, the automation in these new machines is just magic (as is foreflight). Enjoy the Michigan content as well. Have great memories skiing and playing golf up that way. thanks for the time you put into making these awesome videos!

    You have changed my view regarding the Honda Jet in to a positive one . I have always been a pro-citation light jet when my first intro to a citation 500 in '79when my father was getting typed. You have made a complete understanding of the Honda Jet enjoyable , thank-you .

    I'm a 76 year old flight simmer and have been watching the inspiring videos by Premier1Driver, Citation Max and others for a few years. Yours are fantastic. Everyone has their own unique style, but this series has really captivated me. It has made flying the Honda jet in MSFS so realistic, especially since I now have a better idea of what I'm doing. By the way I'm over near Lynchburg, so I'm well aware of the airport you fly out of. Keep these coming, please. I wish you could show your flights on Flight Aware so we could see the profile and stats of each flight, but I understand why you probably can't from a business point of view.

      Thanks so much, Bill. Candidly this 3 Part Series was a beast to edit...probably because I'm lousy at editing. But your feedback is more timely and meaningful than you can imagine. P1D & Max are botj fantastic channels and they've been gracious in sharing some of their advice and lessons learned. I love flying but it's not a 'lifeltime hobby', I get a few more years to do this and I'm so grateful that I do.

    Thanks for this three part series Timothy. Really appreciate the time and effort you take to make these videos available. I really like how your very discipline in your cockpit practices. This is very important to show us pilots that aspire to fly and stay alive. In my humble opinion flying in more about the preflight planning as well as the along the way changes to the planning but being somewhat prepared for those possible changes. You showed that in this video and handled it perfectly. I’m sad to see your selling 2TM😞 I hope you enjoy your next phase of life🙏🏻👍🏻

    Really enjoyed 3 part Anatomy of HA420 flight. Would it be possible to do some video on how your type rating training was like? Flight safety sim? Syllabus, ground instruction, flight portion, # of flight training, duration, total flight time, study material such as POH, G3000 manual, How difficult to memorize memory times. etc. No need for fancy pictures / video. HA420 is a lot faster than helicopter and flies higher. Is it easy to get used to the difference? I may have a chance to start HA420 flight training after mid April 2024.

    Outstanding video. It was great to watch you work the screens and instruct at the same time. Especially in a jet that I plan on owning. One suggestion: on final it was hard maintaining visual on the runway. That due to the placement of the center cockpit forward-viewing camera. The pillar in the middle of the windshield is a bit too wide for that view. I noticed you switched to another camera as you approach the threshold. Watching others wrestle their beloved beasts to the runway is half the fun of watching aviation videos such as yours. Also, I've never liked Opa-Locka weather. I live near Tampa (PIE).

    • @bluemaxsix
      @bluemaxsix  Год назад

      Thanks Kevin, I keep wrestling with cameras and angles but think I'm close to a final working solution. My issue is more about battery and memory management to make sure they're all up and running during the different phases of flight. On the landing I had 3 sync he views - Cockpit, Nose, and Wing. Thanks for continuing to check in on the channel and provide feedback. This last video was a beast, for sure.

    Some aircraft have windshield wipers; when you were waiting before departure, your windshields had a lot of rainwater on them. When airborn, the water seemed to blow off; what is used on ground to disperse any of the water?

    • @bluemaxsix
      @bluemaxsix  Год назад

      Thanks for paying close attention and asking - I've flown aircraft with and without wipers. The HJ windows are angled and coated so as soon as you move, they're clear. For me it hasn't been an issue. On the plus side, there's no drag from having external wipers. When I flew AH-1 Cobras, we has air that would blow them clear. I loved that system. @CitationMax has that feature in his aircraft
