Hola Christa! I love, love, love brown ink. My go to is Diamine Macassar (black-brown) but I also like the Chocolate Brown (medium-brown). I have these in full bottles because I use them so much. I also have the Diamine ink in Rustic Brown but you may not like that one because it is more of a reddish-brown hue. Please keep us updated on your quest to find the perfect-for-you brown ink! Chao

OMG! I LOVE your Winnie the Pooh and Piglet Benu! So ADORABLE!!! Do you have Diamine's "Meadow" green ink? It's such a happy, cheerful green 💚 color that shades in wetter or M+ nibs. Might be perfect for your Pooh pen as he and Piglet seem to be sitting in a meadow in the 100 Acre Woods. P.S. Hajimemashite - Nice to Meet You.

Try Taccia Tsuchi - "Golden Wheat". Diamine's "Espresso" is REALLY dark brown. I prefer Taccia's "Golden Wheat". Both have good flow.

The Japanese yen is really low right now! I got my Poesie x Sailor pen for pretty much 100 yen to 1 aud conversion rate earlier this year. That Pilot custom pen is beautiful

So lovely 😍 I just purchased the same one, in a Needlepoint. This will be my 3rd as well 🙂. I'm loving the Estie. I was trying to decided on a Leonardo but I ended up with this one.
@@lifewiththevelezs3977 oooh needlepoint that is awesome! Yes a Leonardo Momento Zero is on my list too. But I can totally see why people have multiple Esties. They are wonderful writers and feel so good in hand.
You should definitely try Beaver Damn Brown by Ferris Wheel Press, it's a gorgeous dark brown color.

The pilot is a vac filler, the rod extends out of the pen
The illustration on the benu is hand painted, that's why the cost is more than the usual cost of the euphoria model.

How is the Benu nib? What nib is it similar to in ur collection?
In my experience, BENU‘s nibs are very well-tuned, smooth and juicy. They are lovely writers.
@@debpaynepurnell6131 love it! Super smooth and a wet writer which I prefer. Hmmm it is not similar to anything in my collection. Most of my pens have some form of feedback (which I also like). The Benu is smooth. It is also a comfortable pen that can be used for extended writing sessions. Now that I have one I want another.
