My parents used to buy bread from a bamboo bread van. It usually travels through the districts. Oracabessa, Days Mountain, Mason Hall, and go to PT. Maria in St. Mary.
Yes man... those hot fried "Flittaz" were the Bomb!!!!! I remembered when i use to walk to school in the mornings. From Somerset to Trinityville Sec. Sch. Ms. Gordon "Flittas" were the best!!! Lol
Well done. Thanks for this one Kareem. For decades Mrs. GB been giving us the real history in front of the blackboard and now the camera. True Blue loves you GB 💙💙💙. Fervet!!
I lived in Beechamville with my Grandparents family (Watkis') and later Dr. Lloyd and family. I walked to and from school. It was a glorious life! Amazing childhood in that town. Nothing can compare to those wonderful days 🎉❤ Beautiful memories. Just restored the family house there....below the Methodist church 🎉 Beautiful days! ❤😅
It was called "Diff" because I understand it was a shortened form of "different". It was half a thrupence bun, a slice of cheese with a patty. All three were sandwiched and eaten together. I should know, because I ate a Diff and a chocolate milk five days per week for over four years. Delicious. 😋
This trio is dynamic. I love the energy and vibes emanating from the three of you. Its truly special and very rarely seen. This video is so much more than heritage, identity and memory it bottles the human experience and connectivity at its best!!
the supermarket was on the little plaza with Nova Scotia Bank...and used to buy my big chocolate on grand market night..another shop was ms. Lela Trewick across from grains store
