Mirabel deserved better than what she got in the movie, and her relatives helping out is basically them rubbing the fact that they have gifts and she doesn't, in her face. And that's not cool. Also, is nobody else getting hypocrisy vibes from Alma? She doesn't have a gift either, but you don't see anyone treating her like a pariah!
what is sad is the fact that Bruno and Mirabel both deserved better than what they got as they werent really cared about much Bruno because of his gift and Mirabel because of her lack of a gift its sad that they arent cared about cause of the fact everyone thinks gifts are the most important yet treat bruno badly because he saw bad things with his gift and even though they also value family they (mostly Alma) put pressure on their family and rub the fact they have gifts in mirabel's face like you said ok before i say this im not saying Alma is a villain but you have to admit it was Alma who put such a high importance on gifts it was Alma who put pressure on those with them it was Alma who put pressure on Mirabel for not having a gift it was Alma who only saw the bad in Bruno's gift. Now, I know some if you guys don't believe me but at the end who made casita go back to life I know it wasn't the encanto family that has powers/gifts so it's mirabell she didn't want to end up with no powers like her family, so when casita crashed to pieces she used her powers after that were done with the casita she made casita come back to life.
