Hi I notice you put the 2 inch backing plate to the 12mm adapter.Rather than change these around can you order up additional 12mm adapter so it is quick release from 1inch or 3 inch to 2 inch any reply appreciated thanks

Wait, you can use the FV50 extension in DA mode, with either the 3mm or 12mm throw? I was told that you can only use it for rotary :O
Does it work ok in DA mode with the extension?

You really don’t wanna extend out the DA mode very far at all, you’ll get a ton of vibration. But you can extend the rotary mode. I’ve been doing that. It’s really nice like that. Real smooth

So, do you prefer the flex over the rupes nano?

@@Vectorp47 I've not experienced the rupes nano, but i own a Flex PXE80 and i love it. Best tool i've ever owned hands down, and very well made too!

@@mBaggins Thank you! I ordered one, should be here next week. I almost ordered the Flex XFE 7-12 3 inch polisher, but I figured the PXE80 would be a better way to go.

It seems the U.S. market got the 12V batteries where the UK and here in Australia we have the 10.8V version. Any idea why this is ??
Not many people have noticed this either.
