Just wanted to tell you how much I love watching you make such lovely creations out of junk mail. I have just begun to learn about making journals so this is a whole new world for me. I only wish I could obtain the beautiful My Porch prints but I have no computer. I have watched several of your videos and love listening to you talk about your life there in Poland. I live in North Carolina. So glad I discovered you quite by accident!
I really love this! I have been working to finish a few projects I had started for 2020... I finished an afghan, a little purse notebook, and a cross stitch... I just adore your videos. I feel so inspired when I watch them. I wish you and your boyfriend and family... and your doggie a very happy 2021. I saved some packaging today and thought of you! I want to make something. I ordered vellum and a heat gun embossing kit with my Christmas money. I live in Missouri, USA in the country farmhouse of my childhood... I never leave the house now due to the virus, but I am happy!
I'm behind on my videos so I've only just watched this one. The folder is beautiful and a great use of the packaging (I have my own hoard of it so I'll be using this idea). 😍 I have one tip for you - when I use double-sided tape, I rub glue stick over the tape (once I've taken the backing off) so that when you place it, you still have a bit of wiggle room, rather than the tape grabbing straight away.
This is coming so beautiful!! I'm actually working on a seed packet journal for my mom. She alwaysmplants a garden with lettuce and veggies and herbs so I thought how cute to give her a pretty journal with packets of seeds she can plant and a little planner for recording the growth and harvest. But I have to make this gorgeous folio!
I love how this folio is turning out! This customer is one lucky customer! Just beautiful! 5 journals and this folio all at once ? I'm doing good working on one at a time !! Lol !!
We had a lovely Christmas. Martyna. Our two granddaughters live with us so there has always been young ones around to brighten things up. I got some perfume, a new watch band and lots of lotions, etc. Oh yes, Tim Holtz Sissix flowers. :-)) How about you?
Oh, I am so happy you had such a lovely time Joan!! And Sizzix flowers - wow, so exciting! I have a pack of these and I love using them :) My Christmas was also really great, thank you for asking! I spent time with my loved ones - my boyfriend, mom and sister and of course our doggie :)
Absolutely beautiful. I love watching you, and so many times I have thought to myself "why didn't I think of that", which kinda suggests that thinking slightly outside the box will lead us to something beautiful. I have quite alot of small pieces of card/packaging, but have never saved the items that come in boxes, from the supermarket etc. Thank you for sharing your gift with us. You are truly inspiring to this novice.
Have just cut down another one of these but have left that flap open, I had cut it off the first one . Following you all the way ,I love your style of crafting and also you are so calming to listen to tfs xx
Your project and collaging is so pretty I just love it! I have purchased the papers that you are using and am inspired to use them in some collaging and just as they are. Thanks for sharing your ideas!
This is SO beautiful! I love upcycled projects. I have a lot of packaging I've saved and I don't know what to do with it so I'm loving these ideas your sharing! Happy New Year! 💜💜💜
This is such a great series. I learn so much from your videos. I’m wondering ... what is the gold gilding in the tube that you use for the edges? And is the glue in the tube a Polish product?
I am beyond delighted to discover your channel during the #jjtrickstipshacks collaboration! It is tremendously helpful that you are able to share your layout of materials and your thinking process as you audition scraps for placement. Your communication is exceptional so no reason to worry. You can relax. It's a total win for me. I can't wait to explore your channel and your Etsy shop.
I am new to journaling. I live watching your tutorials. I have seen 3 already. I am wondering once the papers are adhered to a small area, how to you seal them in. What would I use to coat the tag with some medium?
Absolutely love this ephemera folio, the wildflower papers are simply gorgeous. Could you possibly tell me the weight/thickness of the vellum you are using please. It all looks totally awesome and need these papers in my life lol x
Wow, just wow! :-) Am always enjoying your videos, your calmness, your kindness and your creativitiy! I look forward to the coming videos 🎉 And my respect for your patience doing the torn pages on your own😲 I was creating a personal planner for 2021 for my best friend with a faux leather - cover and binding like Traveler's notebook and every month has it own "booklet" made in Junk Journaling style ( you see, I am bad in explaining, either :D ) And now, after creating my own reading journal in vintage look, I try to figure out sth like a folio as birthday gift for the daughter (9 years old!) for a friend of mine - very challenging :D:D Hugs to you and your Szusza as well (I hope the spelling is correct?) 🐶🤗
Awww thank you so much for the kindest words!! I love your planner idea! Such a great idea to have separate inserts for each month :) An I would love to see the cover! I'm sure your folio is also going to turn out amazing, dear :) Love and hugs to you from me and Zuzia (although I looove your spelling!!!) :D
So lovely! I am curious though about the glue sticks I see so many use. I have yet to find one that actually holds anything for more than a day, so how do y'all get anything to stay? Seems like glue sticks wouldn't be used at all since they have zero hold.
Thank you dear! Oh, I totally get the glue stick struggle! I used to absolutely detest using glue sticks but then I got at least 5 different brands to test them out and found some that actually work. The ones I use most often are Polish brands but I've also used UHU Glue Stick before (can be found on Amazon) and it works! :)
I love the folio and the paper is beautiful. I’m new to your channel and I look forward to seeing more of your videos. What brand/model printer do you use? Thank you!
I can see you have a fiskars with rotary trimmer. I have a fiskars with blades but I use way to many so it is to expensive. I like the one you have because it isn't so big on my craft table but to you changes blades? The big fiskars i have seen i doesn't have to change blade but it is very big, I think. What are your apennines or experiences? Xx tina By the way I am working on the same project..thanks for your inspiration 🙏 😀

This is gorgeous! I’m loving this project. What paper do you print on? What weight?
Hi what weight paper did you use to print the papers on thank you
